Ah, I little spice to the mix! Glad you guys worked it out and that's how it should be done! Keep in mind that some post are done by extremely stoned people and it might have sounded good at the time! Been there, done that!
Sunday bump, just realized it would behoove me to make more bubble buckets if I want to grow citrus trees.
Also I notice that my UFO tri band left near the tops of plants, like 3" off will burn the shit out of the leaves, not with heat per se but with light intesity. I noticed it on a tall plant but none of the plants 8"+ had any of the "led rust".
I can't find my usb cable for the camera, but I will look for it tonight.
So far so good with the 90w TB ufo, I just set them on a timer to begin dark periods. We'll see.
Also am starting a lemon tree in my grow, its cute.

That's curious that you got some burn, on my last grow (sig) I let the top grow into the ufo and didn't have any burn problems, could the burn come from something else or did I get lucky?

those first tow round ones die off soon in most grows. And as they get larger, around the 3rd week, you get a dying leaf daily, a lower or bottom leaf, just wilts, dries and dies off. It just happens.
My red/blue 14 watt led doesn't burn.
The ufo has full spectrum leds and I think they don't run as cool or maybe emit UV.
Or it could be a ph prob or a weird looking Magnesium prob. I will try to get you a pic and see if I can fix it or at least Know what it was/is.
