I don't have the time to read through this whole thread, but I read the "I gotta ask if this is safe or not?"... You actually used the words "yucky dirty stuff". I've met some gangsters and I'ver never heard them use the same words I hear mothers say to their 2 year old kids.
I thought the other posters were being assholes until I read your post. Don't try to be a gangster, be yourself, even if that means being a mommas boy.

I had a friend I 'met' on RIU visit my home. He helped me trim my first harvest. We smoked and had a good time.
I'm planning on meeting another next month, three more in october, and another in january. I got chronic growing friends all over the damn country becuse of this site.
I'm in cali and legal, so I'm not worried about telling people. I don't tell people around the neighborhood though, don't want to get jacked.
I feel bad for you guys that cant share your love with others.
It's a shame this thread got so crazy becuase it would be cool to hear about people hanging out with fellow growers.
GrowTech, you can visit the mountain sometime if you are out this way. I got some bomb hindu skunk and purple kush to smoke.
