don't tell any one
ha good point. i mean i've been contemplating a backyard spot, two plants max.
i have a vegetable garden bed, that i've been tending to, so neighbors looking over tall privacy fence wouldn't be surprised to see new plants.

my question really is, at a good distance away (across my yard, over the fence)
would it look like ganja growing in there?
is it just a matter of shrouding it with other plants?

:peace:

lowryder. i dunno what page it is but i dont think it was that long ago (too lazy to look up fo ya, srrry)... a guy in houston has some lowryder or some ruderalis hybrid that he can easily hide beneath his other plants, much like ur talkin about. infact i remember thinking how amazed i was at the fact that it looked like it was lower than most of his other plants, he grew some MJ look alikes around it, and looked like it was all around very nice. check it out

Somewhere on this forum people were saying that cultivation for a single plant carries a life sentence in Texas....sounds like the most BS I've heard in a while- can anyone confirm or dispute? I looked on norml's site but it didn't specifically address cultivation penalties

Texas does it by weight. and if u have plants they just pull them out and throw them on a scale wet. whatever all ur plants weigh wet together, is how much ull be prosecuted for

Man that's rediculous, I would definitely try to explain to the judge that weighing the whole plant to determine the actual crop value would be like an apple farmer attempting to sell an entire tree at the same per-pound rate that the apples themselves sell for...it just doesn't make any logical sense.

Of course, whether the judge has logical sense or not is another question....:wall:

What strains are going around your neighborhood and what are your prices?
I grow train wreck, sour mist, amneisa haze one and two, bubblegum, cheese, toe jam, Mendo, sour tia, green crack, catpiss, chocolate trip, bubba kush, And a couple others I can't remember.. I let my ounces go for around 400 to 500 depending on hydro or organic.. Frost and taste and how dense they are...

what dont you just put your adress and name on here too.

thats another thing - im pretty sure in texas the jury determines ur sentence. NOT the judge. thats y texas has harsher penalties a lot of the time. the judges become immune to certian situations. the jury still has and outside POV and they determine what happens to u. better hope ur friends are on the jury stand if u get arrested in texas
