Should I just leave the plants alone still even though it's turning yellow?
First real grow here.
On day 19 the cotyledons began to yellow.
Day 22 I gave her 20oz of 1/4t/gal molasses water, by now the bottom 3 nodes of true leaf pairs were all uniformly light green/yellow-ing.
(Perhaps fed a week early, and I had also been overwatering)
The third set of leaves (3 points/blades) seemed to perk up, perhaps of their own accord. The 4th set (5pts.) were nice and regular/dark green, and new growth was visible.
Anyhow, this is getting a bit lengthy and boring.
I should have just said that now (Day 33), the first set of true leaves (1pt) and the second set (3pt) have completely shriveled up and fallen off. The "third set", look and feel like happy leaves (soft and cool to the touch) but their color has never really recovered. New little stuff, is now growing where the petioles meet the main stalk now at every node, even where the leaves fell off... babbling again...
I am just kindof led to believe that no matter what those couple bottom leaves are going to go, I'm not too sure I've seen a mature plant on here that still had its first true leaves (the 1pts.) or maybe even 3pt leaves but who knows...
