Trim popcorn buds?

i want to trim lower popcorn buds. I am in my third week of flowering. Is this a good idea? I want more energy to go to the upper buds that get more light.

no i dont at the least u can use them to co0k with,and it would just stunt the plant if you cut it maybe when the plant is done they wont be popcorns theyl be nugs,make hash with the popcorns if ya dont want to smoke em.,.,

I wouldnt do it at this point, but maybe thats just me. However, next time while in veg just before you switch them over you can trim some lower branches entirely so you don't get any wasted effort growth. Or many other methods like LST etc

dont trim popcorn buds. many times if u let them grow after u have clipped all the other buds... they usually grow more massive.

yes its very posible,actually recomended,in most cases,u will always have some done and some ripening in every grow

I would trim them off because they are useless. You want to get to know which branches should be trimmed or chopped during veg so its all done before they go into flower.
