I agree with you but the legality of it is vague and untested. I'm convinced one of the reason many in government and the media are turning away from this is they fear the constitutional crisis and possible race riots that could result. A reasonable concern. Justification for cover-up? I don't know about that.

It is not vague. The founding fathers were very firm that any person must be born here to be President. There are provisions for nullification already set up for this occurrence. It has never happened before, but no matter. Let's hope this will be the last time and let's hope as well that this is the political bottom for the country. The great ship that is the United States is veering into the rocks....

Hardly an interpretation. Creating a permanent public debt is quite clear and quite alarming. Only during the height of WW2 has our debt load been this high, and for good reason considering the undertaking. It was temporary however, this is not. This is permanent..... we are veering into the rocks.

Well, ignoring the rule of law is not the answer. In the end, the country would get a do over. The govt. takeover would be averted and the private sector would be allowed to flourish again.

In the interest of accuracy, he didn't get to be president with a fake birth certificate. His birth certificate has never been released to anyone. He got to be president because people couldn't believe something like this could happen.

But how many other times have we thought that? We wondered how watergate could have happened, we wondered how Monica Lewinsky thing could have happened, we wondered how 9/11 could have happened. It seems like just when we wonder how something could happen, it happens.

This Kenyan thing may be a fake. it may be a fake planted by team Obama. Either way the question remains: why not just release the damn bc like every other president has done, if there is nothing to hide?
