I also forgot to mention that ine one week ill start buying 24 pounds of dry ice every week. ill try one whole weed see if it turns out. if it does something good. ill keep using it. PEACE

Damn nice grow using cfl's I'm about a month in, I will be keeping an eye on how yours turn out, every day I'm at this site I see a lot more hope for my cfl grow.

sorry dude i hate this technique for one reason, stick your fingers 2 inches in the pots man.. youll hear some tearing of the roots. BAD! not good. i use the weight technique. i let my plants let me know when there thirsty.

Hey there doc, just thought i'd repay the compliment. I'm a little pushed for time so i haven't read your whole thread. Great advice on the weight thing by the way. These old timers are too stuck in their ways to realise there are better ways of doing things...

How long you been flowering? How long did you veg' in those 2 gallons? 2 gallons is a lot of space, easily worth a couple months of veg'. If you only veg' for a month, you only need a 1 gallon. In fact, in a 1 gallon (from seed) you're good for 6 weeks, maybe even longer. If you strip or tie up all the side branches on your plant, with 1 gallon (square pots are best) you'll fit more plants in the same amount of space, and increase your yield (maybe even per plant) by quite a bit.

I vegged my plants for 7 weeks. beeing flowering for 2 and a ahlf almost.i was 1 2 gallon. and 2 3 gallon pots. the difference is heavy. my smaller pots keep the plant way littler, less bushy.

Thanks well im going to have 12 cfls soon lol. and next grow im either using 1000w hps or 600. ill manage all the heat somehow. i got a head and marijuana to give me the ideas. im goodi also lowered 2 cfls from each sides for side lighting. 6 40watts on top. waht do you tihkn. stay tuned people becausei ll be shooting alot of pics of the buds coming up its my favourite part of growing PEACE!

As promised here are the pics!! here you can see the difference between 2 gallons and 3 gallons. some people would say Oh its such a waste of space and money not vegging for longer in those pots. well look at the difference. almost day 30 flower. closer and closer to harvest!!!!! i can spot alot of trichomes on the leaves. iwant them to grow bigger. is it normal there still that small??

Nice looking, you're right a bit small, I think I will veg mine four about two months or longer, I want them to get as big as possible before I start to flower.

Actually people say they get alot bigger during the 3 last weeks. ans i can see them fill out everyday. itsn ormal they look small.

When did you start flowering, what age, how tall or how many nods? my biggest plant has nine nods and is about 10' people are telling me I should start flowering now as they will grow more than double their size and from what I've been reading they say the best time to start flowering is at 12' I'm thinking about waiting until they get at least 15' maybe even taller.
