question about xanax.....

Ill end this by saying just stop taking xanax if your not prescribed it..... idiots dont realize what that shit can do to you... had a 18 y/o friend throw herself out of a car on the highway doing 75mph while "tripping" on a school bus... shes in a coma till this day she weighed 100lbs soaking wet! Xanax along with all other prescription pills do nothing but mess with your body, my mother had a stroke and is on 10 different pills and she had aged 20 years from those damn pills. Stick to weed its better in every aspect....

ohhh! i see my friend. i completly must have miss read the 1st post if tomorrow will be your 2nd day and your still waitin to take your drug test--( you did say that xzanax was an old one ) witch means it should not had been as strong as it should had been in the 1st place. and it was only one (right) then you just might have a chance at passin that bad boy! keep drinking water and daluteing your piss so your drug test will come back inconclucsive!

Dude I don't think Xanex would show up in a piss test... they are PRESCRIBED medication, they aren't looking for Xanex, just tell them that you have a medication, or a sample that your doctor gave you but i can pretty much gaurentee that they'll ignore it.

Most employers look for a wide range of stuff. Just because it's a pharmaceutical drug doesn't mean they aren't looking for it.

I was on xanex for 3 days straight, straight up fucked up. I took a piss test for target and I was "clean" they didn't say anything to me at all. Well I guess that's just me then.

xanax IS a benzodiazepine.
benzodiazepines are tested for in a 9 panel drug test.
so yes, xanax can show up.

i took the 1 mg xanax Thursday morning and was tested nearly 24 hours later.

the pill was old. i urinated several times after taking the pill prior to being tested.

that's it in a nutshell.

just going to have to wait and see what happens.

I took i think 10 or so in those three days. were they looking for everything? Cause I showed up completely clean with that, but I hadn't smoked or done anything else.
I took like 7 1 mg and 3 footballs (or 2 mg)

man im on probation. i get drug tested every mounth i am on xanax 2mg they show up every time. my p.o makes me bring in my bottle with me every mounth to show that it is still priscibed to me. whats sucks is i can only smoke ounce a mounth. i will smoke after i get home from my drug test and the next day but from then i have to stay clean for the rest of the mounth. so sad ( a 2-day of the mounth smoker ) just for a few more mounths!

i still smoke but its only right after i get drug tested i`ll smoke for a day or two than i`ll stop and stay clean for the rest the mounth- then i repeat the same thing the next mounth!

ROFL, i am on valium too. just passed a pre-employment dt for homerDpoe. Valium, Xanax, Soma, and Vicodin in my system. They can tell what the substances are. although I have prescriptions for all, they never asked for any.

Trust me, you are fine. And 1 Xanax can last up to a month in detectable levels, it all depends on your particular metabolism.

You are correct wrawlphe. 9 panel do show benzos, just hope that your urine was deluted enough to make it under the range that shows up as a positive.

As far as finding a new job not a big deal just don't list wal mart as a reference when you apply for the new job.

They wont care unless you go get drug tested for an accident and they find Benzo and say "oh the doper fucked up". Either way if you get canned it's only a reference for future jobs. They have no effect on your life unless some job is really looking for strengths in some field that you got fired in.

Say your dad told you to take half of one when you were really in pain from an accident or something and you didn't know what it was. If they ask, which I highly doubt they will.
