Supercrop?

This is the problem. Its the main stem thats super tall. I can't bend the main stem can I? I don't think I want to, this seems like it would really stress it while its flowering. Notice this one is far behind on bud production than the rest, I'd hate to push back even more. Any other options? Unless you will do it yourself, I think I'm going to avoid bending, maybe just raise all the plants. Got any spare phonebooks?

....Flash from my camera bad during lights off?? I can't help but keep snapping pictures, I dont have lights on anywhere when I do this, just a flash light with a green bulb.

I've been giving every water nutrients, is it a good idea to give them just plain old water without nutes next time? Or should I just keep contiueing what I'm doing? I think Advanced Nutrients 'overdrive' is to come in the coming week or 2.

You can and should supercrop the main stem. Very little stress involved. find where you wan the bend, squeeze the stem till it pops, and bend the stem over. It will heal.

Leave the additives alone. Go basic until you get a few harvests.
Really? I've been nuteing them since weeks 2 with Fox Farm's feeding schedual at 1/2 strength. As you can see I've gotten excellent results so far, I also have overdrive, all these were pricey. Why don't you recommend to the first time grower? Even at a small dose? I was really looking forward to using this stuff....

Over $100 in nutrients spent, and your telling me the thought of me using them scares you more than bending the top cola of my plant well into flowering?? I'm confused, also a newbie, bare with me.

Sorry to butt in here, but I didn't hear you mention how you were getting air INTO your room/tent whatever. It matters. If you are going to exhaust air at say . . . 300 CFM, you have to be able to replace that air (with fresh) at the same rate. Without an adequate inlet, your fan isn't performing at it's full potential. Sealing a room to keep smell and light in the room is fine, but you have to have an opening somewhere.

Smooth sheetmetal ductwork is many times more efficient than flex hose (less friction and turbulence.) If you don't need something that big, you could use PVC pipe or something.

I have a fan on the side on the floor blowing air in. Think its on the first page of the thread

LOL I'd be scared too! "Squeeze it till it pops"? I always figured I was just lucky when that happened. (I've trampled over a few)

I've tried training mine before but didn't know how to do it. No wonder it never worked.

hey bro wanna bend it,? Massage it lightly between your two fingers and gently roll and twist... It's easy , you fuck up? Use blue painters tape to mends
branches

Afterwards do I let it dangle? It'll heal on its own? Should I tie it? :wall:

I always recommend newbies run without extra additives the first couple times. The fewer variables you have the better. Use that stuff if you want. Up to you.

SUpercropping is not a big deal. Calm down. The plant will heal. it will most likely not need to be tied up as it does not weigh anything yet. Your other option is to raise the lights. Again, up to you.

Doogleaf you've helped me immensely and I appreciate everything....... I bent it and ran straight upstairs to the computer to post this. I was worried at first but it was easy. I'll show you pics when light goes off, my camera doesn't like lights. I don't know if I bent it too low or too high? Let me know when I upload the photo in the morning. It looks good believe it or not, the entire section I bent is now under light. I feel better. Thank you doogleaf again and dr greenthorn. :peace: (won't let me rep you anymore, sorry)
As far as the nutrients go, I'm going to continue feeding them at half stregths. I don't feel I have some close to burning them once, its simple instruction. As Far as when I give it overdrive, I'll start 1/4 strength and go from there. Thanks again everyone :joint:

Is overdrive much different from Fox Farm nutrients? You never were alarmed when I stated several times I was feeding my girls with FF. Is overdrive a "additive"? Is this so much different then Organic Nutrients such as Fox Farm?:confused::confused::confused::confused::confused:

You have base nutrients (Fox farm 3-part) and then you have additives (like chaching, and overdrive)
