First off dude. Ur info is ALL wrong which is why ur postings are questionable. For ur info, though cops press u for info, it is AGAINST the law for a cop to make a deal w/ u. Even if they get u to snitch, it means nothin to that judge. That snicth is just a witness to the judge. The JUDGE IS THE ONLY PERSON THAT CAN MAKE A DEAL W/ U! THAT'S NOT A TIP OR BS I'M FEEDING U. CALL UR LOCAL LAWYERS AND ASK THEM! The only thing snitching can help u with is that cop testifying on UR behalf on UR court case that u've co-operated w/ them. U still get the same sentencing BECAUSE a judge can not alter a SENTENCING BRACKET! Judges don't just make up ur SENTENCES! They have to follow a sentencing Bracket based on ur crime andur past convictions! So a judge can't give 1 person 10 years and another 30 if both crimainal are in the same BRACKET. Now 1 might get 10 years and the other 13 but that's different. Ther 10-13 years was probably in that bracket. So the judge is entitled to give those convicted criminals any sentencing ranginging from the MANDATORY minimum to the MANDATORY maximum. In another words.... So it's understood better. If the BRACKET ur offense falls on is 10 - 13 years the judge has the right to sentence u anywhere in between the 10-13 years. So the whole 3 time snitching is complete bullshit. U keep listening to "jail house lawyers" as we so call them and see where it gets u bro. And so u completely understand what I'm sayin is. Even a change can't change ur time. If the cops testify on ur behalf it just ensues that u'll be given the leaniest sentencing ALLOWED. The key word is ALLOWED. What the JUDGE IS ALLOWED. Not wat he wants to give u. the only way a "deal" can be made(which is wat happened with my snitch) is through a JUDGE which in return ur actual CHARGE gets lowered to a different charge or gets dismissed. But the JUDGE has to make that deal. NOT THE PORKERS. GET THAT STRAIGHT! Sorry but dude ur info is all fucked up. Now I can see why people got pissed. U really are not making sense. And everything I hear from u is like????????? Where is he getting this info and is he that gullible? I'm not trying to offend u or put u down. I just think u got ur whole story mixed up.
