well like i said i've been studying the difference between male and female plants to try to determine sex b4 flower. and after further review and comparing females to females, males to males, and females to males i have discovered something pretty amazing that i have not ever heard.
ok so in the pic below is just a plant. note were i circled the stem. now on all stems there are these ridges or humps. im sure theirs a teq name for these but i could not find it, any way like i said after furture studing i have found that the MALE plant has 4 of these humps and the FEMALE has 5 humps. take a look at your seedlingand start counting. see if there are any diffrences.

it will vary from strain to strain. some are square, some are hexagonal. some are even octagonal. i hate to burst it for you, but that's not a tell all.

good work on the scientific observation though! keep that up and you will be above all others in NO time :D

I think that you are onto something.

When my plants get big enough I will definitely be counting humps.

I found another thread on here that is titled
"how to identify female seeds".

I chose my seeds very carefully according to the pictures on that
thread, and threw out all the other seeds. Only started the seeds

that looked exactly like the "female" seeds on there. So that
thread better work. lol. and I hope what you're saying
is good.

How many weeks old is that plant in the picture?


I have a little girl (hopefully) outside vegging but she isn't big and has
no humps yet.
