Well I start this lil baby in the natural way from seed! Well it was from my last harvest and one of the seed fell in the pot off the plant (i know seed yuck but I missed a male a day or two and he fuct them all) Anyways I vegged and LSTed it until I couldn't hid it any more outside and then brought it in!

IT has been flowering for a week no signs of sex yet but I am curious if I have enough light for her to flower with dense nugs as last time with 6 plants under the same number of bulbs 3 plants were decent and rest were very stringy and thin!

Bulb count is - 30 total!

29 @ 23w
20 - 3200K
9 - 6500K

1 @ 30w - 3200K

I know I know go HPS and get the best results but I am broke so anyone know a cheap place to get at least 150w hPs!

you could double your light level for pennies by just attaching some reflectors to the back of all those bulbs like an aluminum pie plate, half your light is radiating out into space from the back of the bulbs.

Whats the best thing to reflect the light, shinny metal or bright white paint?

i read that 3200k is a bad wavelength for plants, for flowering the "soft white" 2700k is better.
and the daylight bulbs, 6500k are more important during the veg phase.
maybe switch out some of your 3200k for the soft white ones.

I think all those lights you have on top is a waste at the moment. You need to keep CLF's about 2inch/10cm from the plants. Otherwise they ain't worth having.

i heard somebody say that plants dont see moonlight and starlight. Do you think that this may have to do with wavelength?
No, this has to deal with the inverse law. See that two extra seconds it takes for light to pass earth, hit the moon, and reflect back to us, the light has lost a MAJOR amount of power because of the extra couple of light-seconds it had to travel.

The spectrum of light reflected from the moon makes a correlating color temp of approximately 7500K.

as said before by user 6079 get urself some 2700k lights, dont use the 3200k because they are halogen white and they have hardly any red or blue tones, blue is what you need for veg stage and red for flowering (you probably already know this but just a reminder). you're looking for "warm white" aka soft white (don't worry warm whites are in fact not very hot) so yea basically just replace your 3200k for 2700k and you will see the difference very soon. hope this helped =D
