I think you are looking into this issue to deeply.. they will probably be fine, unless they start wilting or changing color (ie turning brown, spotting, etc..)...
just let them grow... I dont think you will have any issues..
I mean, you didnt transplant while flowering, did you? that is a HUGE fuckup.. haha
you got in a rush... you shouldnt have induced flowering condition until they were transplanted and chillin for a few days.. no matter what, ALL dirt plants go through some extent of transplant shock when you do transplant, so its always a good idea to give them a few days, or even a week, to recover BEFORE starting the flowering photoperiod...
a better way is to have them in a bigger bucket in ANTICIPATION of flowering.. as in, you shouldnt have needed to transplant that close to flowering if you had them in bigger buckets... so just try that next time and avoid the transplant shock altogether when close to flowering...
either way, they will be fine.. hell.. they are probably just now switching to flowering, as it can take a few days to actually stop the veg state...
