I like how people have wrote"guns in the hands of criminals". I have to assume some of us are breaking the law by growing weed. Not all of the people in here depending on where your from(I dont know every country's laws). But here in the US if you grow weed you are a criminal unless you work in the lab at University of Miss. Medical marijuana growers too. Federal law superceeds local law. So how can people in here say stuff such as "gun laws only keep guns in the hands of criminals". Im not anti gun at all I own a few but I also dont say shit like that.
I'm not christian or even close to it, but I do think the 'quote' from Jesus where he says, 'He who hath not sinned cast thy first stone' is very applicable in this case. There's no such think as an American who's never committed a crime.

You look like a lighter, stoned out Jack Black who's about to commit a Sexual offence. Posting pictures like that must get you laid at least twice a day. Am I right?

Is that a luger and a mac-10?
I haven't read all 23 pages yet, so I'm sorry if someone beat me to this. (edit:looks like RetiredToker76 covered this)i hate to keep dissagreeing w/ you BC but the law is such that you cannot inflict bodily harm in defense of property, PERIOD. YOU WILL GET INTO TROUBLE UNLESS YOUR LIFE IS THREATENED. EVEN IF AN INTRUDER IS IN YOUR HOME.. Im just trying to get the truth out there so ppl know the real deal is all.
Is that you, man? Shit is freakish, put away the guns and get the speedo out of your ass.

Alright, thank god. That would have been an affront to pot. There's too many of those.its not me i already said that just like the last guy with a mullet wasnt me
Is that a good reason to outlaw all gun ownership though. RT76 has already stated that in the countryside they are tools not weapons. What about legitimate hunters?I don't agree with gun ownership because I'm from the "gangland", and I've seen enough people killed by 100% legal firearms. People can call me a liberal nut all they like but maybe they should try growing up around death like that and see how biased their opinions are.
How many people have you honestly seen killed by a licensed owner of a firearm? I can pretty much guarantee its not that many, AND in any of the situations the person that was killed was killed to protect other people.I don't agree with gun ownership because I'm from the "gangland", and I've seen enough people killed by 100% legal firearms. I dont have stats, but i'd say more people are murdered by illegal guns than legal ones. The sort of people that legally acquire guns aren't "usually" the type to be murderers. Where I live you must pass a criminal check before they will give you a license.
about 6 months ago in a town not to far frm me, 2 kids 13 years old were shooting in back of ther house and one kid accidentaly shot the other and killed him... im the newspaper it said the boys were shooting for target practice and it was ruled accidental with noone being charged for nuthin..... kinda strange 2 little kids unsupervised with guns in ther back yardHow many people have you honestly seen killed by a licensed owner of a firearm? If a gun is legal, it doesnt mean anyone can shoot it. If some kid takes the "legal" gun and shoots it, the firearm is not "legal"
Legal firearms that are stolen are no longer legal firearms. Theres no way your seeing that many people killed by licensed owners.
Yeah, more people are killed by illegal guns. Period. Illegal firearms are stolen and recirculated constantly. Any weapon being used by an unsupervised person who is unlicensed is an illegal gun.
It doesnt matter if the gun has permits and has been registered, if you dont have your license and you get your hands on someones gun and kill someone it was an illegal firearm.
Accidents with legal guns are a different story. They do happen with legal firearms. I know a guy who got shot in the face with a 30-06 point blank because some kid thought his dads rifle wasnt loaded...
The guy that got shot did survive. Hes actually fine, he got a massive settlement and his face kinda looks like an ass even after all the surgery

qld???? not sure what that is so no probably a diffrnt oneThat wasnt the one in QLD was it? If not the same thing happened there, even the mum of kid that got killed didn't want him charged.
Maybe the gun owner should have been charged for not locking his guns away properly. Not that he probably isn't suffering enough, but it could make people more aware of the issue...
I have to correct you here, it's minor but the term 'illegal gun' is a misnomer. All guns are legal, their possession can be illegal, but the gun itself is not illegal. Saying 'illegal gun' is like saying 'illegal car.' If someone steals a car and kills someone with drunk driving it's not 'illegal car' or 'illegal alcohol' it's listed as 'person drives stolen car while intoxicated.'How many people have you honestly seen killed by a licensed owner of a firearm?
