heres another problem we face as long as there not black its ok but if its a black person theres a problem we dont live 100 years ago were its a race issue i personally have seen all races done like that thanks get off the race subject

as of oct 08 all law enforcement officers and security officers have to be trained and carry a tazer for the fact you stated they dont have to use deadly force unless the spray,baton and tazer dont work this is in tennessee tazers save peoples life deadly force should only be used if the other subject has deadly force in hand

why won't the cop give his side of the story? why did he just quit and walk away? it's been a week and he has talked to NO ONE. why? yes there are 2 sides. why won't he tell his?

In the video from the train---after the shot---you could see what appeared to me as a look of surprise in the shooters face---or the cop in front of him said something like what the fuck man---and the shooter was like I don't know.

Probably because his lawyer is telling him not to talk to anyone. They always do that. It will all come out in time, is my guess, or my hope anyway. I would be very interested in hearing him try to justify this, there is no way, imo.

You really think racism died 100 years ago?! Do you live in a hole? Hell there are tons of people driving around my town with racist Obama bumper stickers. This is a race issue the police have abused blacks for a LONG time. This anger runs deep. The simple fact that the cop is not sitting in a jail cell right now is an outrage. If anyone else shot the guy they would be sitting in a cell awaiting trial not at home being paid a pension. You need to open you eyes.

What if the killer had been a black cop? In jail or walking free?
he would have been forced to give his statement that evening. just like the white cop should have. then we'd at least have both sides of the story.

I can tell you for sure that was an obvious look of suprise as you said. You are exactly right, it was an AD no doubt about it. I only needed to see it once and at normal speed.
That guy was suprised and shocked himself.
Not to say it is excuseable. There was no need to pull the weapon at that point.
The race thing doesn't have to be argued with people who don't get it though... The numbers of young black men in prison still to this day vs white is blatantly obvious and speaks for itself. Argument won.
It's easy to live in some places and think the world has all grown up to not think of race like you do when you aren't exposed to the same old shit that still goes on.

Forced? Forced as in tortured? Or do you mean a black cop isn't bright enough to resign and he would stick around to somehow let himself get "forced" into a statement? For all we know they DID put a huge amount pressure on the shooter to give a statement. He just said no and walked. Why wouldn't a black guy do that too?

Refusing to incriminate oneself does have plenty going for it. Yes, I think it probably is what a smart person does. Tough to say the "smart" thing is to waste your life behind bars. Maybe not confessing isn't the right thing, but under our system, that is that is how she is set-up. In a situation like that, I think getting an attorney is the smart move. And I think listening to one's attorney makes plenty of sense too.
