I am severely disabled vet, for a free country I would/ will fight. for apartheid i wouldn't either.
Many Americans fled to Canada during Viet Nam, does that make them evil or just cowards?

Who do you think gets skilled jobs at the VA? If you where a Dr. Would you work half of what you can make in the private sector? Nurse?
The Government pays the tuition of foreign speaking students tuition if they will work a specified number of years at the VA.
I can rarely understand them, that's my problem I understand but it still influences my experience.
I have waited 3 or more hours for an apt. that I waited 6 months for.
The beurocracy has overwhelmed the system. The Dr.s are prescribed what treatment course they Must follow never mind what the patient feels or if the Dr. feels another protocol would be more effective.
After reading that, how do you think I feel about cutting out the wasteful beurocracy?

well if you mean Elon's government contracts to total up to 38 billion, DOGE make 6 figure salary so that Elon can sell our info, and the orange man going golfing every weekend costing tax payer atm it's at 20 million.........

I paid for good insurance for my wife and daughters and continue to pay for it for my wife until she hits retirement age, they have never complained of their healthcare, just like everyone else does.
My daughters pay, 1 through work the other privately, and recieve quality healthcare.
No system is perfect and there are always unintended consequences but it can not be compared to what socialized medicine, which is what the VA is, would bring.

In many red states a womans dr doesn't have the right to perform proper health care for her....simply because she's female. so much for equality.
