Okay, and what about your power? Also, what's your budget for HVAC equipment? Where are you? City, not street address; the outside climate will make a difference in how HVAC is handled. Those dimensions are specificaly for inside of the partitioned flower space. That is walll what I have to flower in. I have about 6ksq ft total and am just starting with this one flower room and will be planing a veg and dry room aswell.
I have 2x 200a 240V service panels. I live in rochester, NY so cold winters and the real heat is only about 3-4 months of the year. Id like to keep hvac below 40k and was just going to load up on minisplits. It already has stand alone gas overhead heater (Hot Dawg) if needed in the winter.Okay, and what about your power? How much is electricity there, I'm in okc and we're at $0.09 per kw maybe $0.10 now, shits gone up. I hear states close to the ocean are expensive for lack of fresh water as compared to landlocked areas with fresh water rivers.I have 2x 200a 240V service panels. Im really trying to go bare bones as I hope to outgrow this facility being that the layout is not optimal.
That's a pretty damn small electricity drop for a grow facility. Fortunately for you, I can stretch an amp a lot farther than most and I am confident I can help you if you like.I have 2x 200a 240V service panels. Power is a lot more expensive because of the huge demand of all that population. How much is electricity there, I'm in okc and we're at $0.09 per kw maybe $0.10 now, shits gone up. I can barely read these confusing ass bills but electric is def on the higher end here. And this is with the warehouse being totally empty so I dont know of the actual rates will go up for the higher usage or what. They are constantly increasing and squeezing more out of us.How much is electricity there, I'm in okc and we're at $0.09 per kw maybe $0.10 now, shits gone up. You guys live in luxury, just one of those 200A panels is 5-6 times the power we had o manage grow and house/living.That's a pretty damn small electricity drop for a grow facility. Fortunately for you, I can stretch an amp a lot farther than most and I am confident I can help you if you like.
DM me for more discussion if you like.
But it's a warehouse, not a residential drop. You guys live in luxury, just one of those 200A panels is 5-6 times the power we had o manage grow and house/living.
Still... US residentials seems to have no problem getting a 100 amp installed just by phone call and a credit card. Wed have to rewire with an electrician signing off on the work and get thru spanish bureaucracy. But it's a warehouse, not a residential drop.
Wow, I got a 150 Amp panel on a 2 bedroom house and a 50 Amp in my shop/grow. My bill is rarely over $200. Efficiency doesn't worry me to much, but I could imagine over thereStill... Fair enough. I did not need any permission to upgrade my residential service from 100A@240V single phase to 150A@240V single phase power; I just needed to have a city inspector come out and make sure the work performed was up to code.Still... Does your shop panel come through your residential drop? Many of my rural friends have two separate drops; one each for home and shop/barn, often 200A@240V single phase each.Wow, I got a 150 Amp panel on a 2 bedroom house and a 50 Amp in my shop/grow. Yeah it's coming off the house they got 3 phase 277/480 on my block it wouldn't cost much to get in on it, just can't justify the cost. I live 1/8th of a mile from I35 I can see the highway from my porchDoes your shop panel come through your residential drop? You can grow a lot of weed with that lol
