Here it's a 911 call where you will be directed to the fire department. We had one hauled away not long ago. took them about 10 minutes to get there and less than a minute to grab it and bag it and be on their way.

Its been above freezing up where I live in Canada for almost a week now - which after -50 for two weeks feels quite warm

im from northern ontario so thats not new to me too much and id much rather that then here.
ive lived in a few colder states and i would say Co is the worst
Id rather be cold in UP Mich or canada or alaska.
