I can smell the picture lol! It's been too many years since I added a light dose of fish mix to the reservoir. I add about 5ml per 5 gallons to add flavour, that's about a 10th of lowest recommendations for soilless written on the bottle.

I used to use a product called "Floralicious +" back in the day but I always thought it smelled and looked very similar to Biobizz fish mix so I tried replacing them and got the same results. I like fish mix more since it's more concentrated with aminos, lipids and organic sulfurs and the NPK value is higher.

I had a clogged feed line today. I replaced the hose which I should have done at the start of the cycle. Luckily I only missed one feeding cycle. I keep feeding 1.0 EC and pH 6.5 and it keeps putting out 1.4-1.5 EC and pH 6.1-6.3.

Day 48 days since flip.

Everything's stable. There's some slight K and Ca def from when I increased the light intensity, they will look a little sad but won't affect growth much and that's what they're for armor and food! There's enough foliage underneath receiving the light.

Runoff's been rock solid and stable for the last week:
1.0 EC in and between 1.45-1.5 EC out. pH 6.8 in, pH 6.3 out.

They look like bunches of grapes. Seriously swollen, I love the foxy ladies.
Thanks bud! Only a couple of days left! I'm in grave need of new stock. I hate being forced having a hiatus but soon were saved for the near future at least. Sprouting "Tropical Snow"(Kali Schnapple x Kromes white triangle) as we speak. It's an old favourite of mine. Last time I ran her was somewhere around 2011-2012 and she was stellar back then!

Some more pictures from yesterday I believe.

Cheers!

How do you determine your final pull time on plants like this, that keep wanting to spit out fresh pistils ? Calyxes look great. Do you scope the triches, go by overall plant maturity, or is this one you've run a few times already and just know well enough?

It's a little bit of all the above. When I start seeing trichomes heads swelling on the flower clusters(visually without looking with scope) I know I got about two weeks to go.

I usually plan harvest whenever I start seeing sub par or retarded growth forming. That could be a new calyx forming with less sugars or a bad shape or it could be nanner's start to form signalling the plant is finished and start rodelizing to create offsprings at the end of the cycle.

I can't remember last time I looked at trichomes trough a scope. It's not a very good marker for maturity since it all depends on where you look. If the plants doesn't have complete and swollen flower clusters there's no meaning in looking at trichomes. There's better visual markers IMO.

Fire from the guys up north! Grew this strain back in 2012-2013 and she was absolutely stellar back then! It's from the Zenseeds days. I remember they were robbed and closed down business back in 2013.

This is supposed to be a backcross from (Tropical Snow #2 & #11 ) x Tropical Snow #9.

This is what CPH Seed Company has to say about Tropical Snow:

“Tropical Snow” Tropical Terps, Sweet´N´Sour – Cannabis Sativa.

Tropical Snow is a sativa-dominant hybrid, a true delight for sativa lovers seeking a unique and flavorful experience. By crossing Sonic’s cut of Kalishnapple, known as Tropicanna, with Kromes White Triangle, we have created Tropical Snow, a strain that embodies tropical terpenes and offers an unparalleled sativa high.

Unlike traditional woody and floral-scented sativa strains, Tropical Snow greets your senses with a sweet and creamy aroma. Ripe mangoes dominate the flavor profile, making it an instant favorite among local growers.

Our breeding efforts focused on increasing potency and reducing the long flowering time of the Triopicanna cut, resulting in a more stable version of Tropical Snow. With a successful multi-pheno backcross, we have retained all the sought-after features that have made Tropical Snow a beloved strain among sativa enthusiasts.

Tropical Snow, derived from the careful combination of (Tropical Snow #2 & #11) x Tropical Snow #9, is a versatile strain suitable for indoor cultivation. Its feminized sativa seeds are a perfect choice for indoor growers seeking high-quality yields. With a manageable height of 80-130cm and a flowering period of 60-70 days, Tropical Snow rewards cultivators with impressive yields of up to 700 grams per square meter.

Featuring a THC level ranging from 28% to 30% and no CBD content, Tropical Snow offers a powerful and uplifting sativa high. Its sweet and creamy taste, complemented by a tropical aroma, creates an immersive experience that delights the senses.

If you’re in search of high-quality indoor sativa seeds, our collection of feminized sativa seeds is the answer. Among them, Tropical Snow stands out as an easy-to-grow strain that guarantees exceptional results. Find your own cannabis cup winner in each pack, and let Tropical Snow take you on a journey of pure sativa bliss.

main takeaway: indoor sativa seeds, sativa seeds for indoor growing, feminized sativa seeds, easy sativa seeds.

Planted them on Friday and all were above ground on Saturday. I'm leaving them with 12/12 for now with gas lantern in the middle of the dark period. Looking forward to some tasty fruity uplifting and easy growing greasy Sativa smoke! I love Bruce Banner but she's picky and a real bitch to work with!

Updating as we go along!

Cheers!
