Well happy days I got my parcel today, been baked doing tasters haha like the best new year ever hahaha my lass says I been miserable on the days of no movement on parcel hahahah I thought it was just anxious case it got stopped

Snagged a couple of these for 380 each, I've started a perpetual grow where I'll be harvesting 1/4 of the room every 17 days or so, so I'll only need the 2 of them until a months time and I'm gonna try and find 2 more cheaper than the 550 rrp before then, excited to see how they perform, just turned them on and they look super super bright to the eye . I've been using hlg Diablos for a few years so I'll be able to compare them to that, but for the price I deffo can't grumble, considering a hlg 350r is 500 in the uk I've definitely scored.

I need to switch to led but I am sick of saying it haha maybe this year I will do it eventually, I'm in much better position to be able to take the loss os my yeilds suffer they do most the time anyway

Why do you "need" to switch? Just out of curiosity? I do it for the summer, but I LOOOOVE hps and cmh, the 2 main plus points of led is the lower heat and lower energy consumption, personally I don't believe the hype about LED producing more trichs or more terps.

I did at one point think it was possible to get better terps due to led heating the plant up less for the same ppfd which should translate to less terps lost towards the end of flower, but it certainly hasn't been my experience, even when dropping ambient temps to 24'c for the last week or so.

paying less for lecky in the summer is nice but in the winter I'd have to run a heater anyways so I just use hps.
