Monday's lunch, low carb pizza tacos the crust fried in bacon fat

i impressed myself with slow cooked brisket tacos, with salsa, lettuce from the garden, red kidney beans and diced jalapenos, under as much sour cream and cheese you can get on there

the plate pattern is a pattern called Toledo even,,, Ole

I made jalapeno sausage and shrimp gumbo last night.
Being that I was born in Port Arthur Texas, the unofficial capitol of Louisiana and am part coon- ass it was some official Cajun gumbo.
And now my sneaky son took the leftovers for lunch so it's gone, so soon. Damn that was going to be my lunch.
