The thought has crossed my mind growing a plant and stripping the fk out of it so it had 3 or 4 main heads
A good owl flush the plant go yellow asf.. the worst buds loves it when all the leaves fall off thier dli light interval goes up big time

I was really into the “Shwazzing” thing but I’m just gonna be less aggressive with them now and they look good, I did I admit do a slight defoil before I flipped today but that’s it just on day 1, not lookin to happy rn but give ‘em a hour lol

Hey bud they're looking nice well done, are you hand feed?

I like my 1st net tight onto the plants at around 6" from the pot.
Vertical height isn't any help to us inside its dead weight.

Just for example 8/9 ft plant with 2/3ft of bud, we only want the 2/3 ft of bud part without the dead weight.

I'd have my 2nd net (if required) for support where your net is atm.

Good luck
Got some monsters there! Niceee

So this round I’m thinking of taking a new approach, 12 plants 5 gal soil in my 5x5, minimal training, no more months of veg time, and having various plants at different stages, when some finish they get chopped and replaced with ones from the veg tent, thoughts? Effects on yield?just sick of the long veg time to completely fill a trellis canopy
I like that method and I like most getting apex buds as opposed to pruned buds if that makes sense. Yields are pretty close between methods but the grow with more plants has a potential for more variety also. Depends how much weed you need per cycle.

That’s my thoughts too, maybe get a 14 week strain in there lol, the light penetration already looks better

Veg costs too much on the power bill. Dips into peak rates for electric charges. Night time costs more than 50% less. Less veg time = cheaper hydro bill. Doesn't really make a huge difference with one light but when you're running 1000w lights in multiple rooms it adds up quick. I try to make my veg time as short as possible, and also I'll start them in a smaller tent, and use smaller lights at first until they're ready to go into the big room. Helps me not have a $300+ hydro bill every month.

I am in soil hand watering but will be getting into hydro soon, maybe expirament with a single dwc to start

Hydro doesn't have to be complicated. There's many forms of it. Personally I do dtw with coco with a pump on a timer and sprinklers. Very simple.
Soil is tough with small pots.
