Are your temps in the low 70's? When I'd flower late fall through winter and my intake fans were pulling in extra cool air, I'd always get purple hues on my fan leaves. Less so during warmer seasons when my flowering temps were 80's.

I wouldn't worry about it. This closeup photo is the same plants from my previous post, when they first started turning purple. The side by side is what they looked like a few weeks into flower compared to near end of harvest. Some strains do it no matter what temps, and some are more prone to that kind of coloring from cooler temps. Nothing I'd worry about, at least from my experience.
