long ride up I-95 on a friday.
Mornin'. The Friday crowd must be happy this AM.

Ya know that feeling when someone mentions something and it triggers a song to start playing in your head? :D Yup...it just happened.
Ever hear this guy?

More heat here today....but they say a change is coming. The fires up North are wicked. We had our turn in 2016 and 2019. It's no fun to pack your cherished shit up and be on the ready to split/leave everything you own behind...for months. But there's no climate change. Can we line these stoopid folks up against a wall now? I'm in.

... Can you pet them? ...
If you are lucky enough to have them stick around ... you could get to pet a smaller one. On a longer Max walk, I was lucky enough to give a little neck scratch to a younger bison that had wandered to the fence - before the leaders quickly ushered the herd into the bush. Most times, once they see you coming, the herd quickly fucks off.

He loved it as much as any dog loves a belly rub.

Happy Friday y’all!

Colonoscopy day here! Man, could I use a joint and some grub….all done by noon, so I’m already planning the remainder of the day. I can promise you, it involves a lot of fuck-all and hanging in the garden. Stay elevated friends!

Mine's in October this year. Best part is my wife's insurance has secondary coverage called Surgery Plus. They cover 100% of it and since their doctors are a bit out of the way, they pay a cash stipend for gas.

So every time I have to go in we get about $150 in a debit card, which I save until after the procedure and get a big steak dinner to refill my system.

I'm on the 10 year plan so maybe I'll die before I have to endure yet another one. LOL. Both of mine were >memorable<...for different reasons.
The only constant in my fun with stuff like this is that there's always a pompous nurse (Ratchet) in the mix who somehow knows my body better than I do....
