anyone found that saving the buds for a reveg is pointless ? Got two here and I saved buds on both the plants and I've gotten shoots out of the very bottom leafy stuff before Andy dodgy leaves from the buds
I think it's just left on to shock the plant a little less more than anything bud

Always thought unless you saved the buds you wern getting the reveg ... lesson learned I'm not gna make the mistake of no cuts before flower again tho ... only took cuts of two things rather than everything I had or wasn't prepared to lose

I've got the same yellowing plant issue again with 3 autopots, today I got them to the front to give me access to them for hand feeding.

Ec and ph are good so it doesn't leave a whole lot?

I tested calmag on one plant (front right) and lol, well you see it lol.

The issue doesn't show up great in that pic.
Cheese dipz it's getting worse day on day?

I need to go back to the drawing board with the autopots?

@conor c is it within the realms of possible they're too wet with 50/50 coco and perlite?
Does that plant at the top look like what you'd see with too wet?

Cheers bud

Did the calmag burn tha hairs on the front right ? I've not used auto pots only thing I could say is maybe the affected plants are oversaturated and starving at the root zone for oxygen , can you test the run off in auto pots ? Or isit just straight back into a res ?

Hey bud thank you, yes you're spot on there I burned it with calmag, tbh im not big on foliar feeding is that ruined now regardless what happens?

I'm hoping it's over saturated but tbh I can't see how, I've deliberately put perlite above the high water level and I'm using 50/50/ perlite/coco, the 50% coco is made up with 25% course airy coco and 25% canna its light, that said the pots are heavy af, I run 300ml through one and got 270ml out so it's sodden wet for sure, I tested the ph and ec and there's nothing to cause concern.

I've turned the pots off to let them dry out then I'll hand feed for a bit and see what happens.

Tbh I've already written 3 of them off but if I can use them to work out the problem I'll feel so much better about that.

Idk about starting another if they're going to yellow I'd rather get out the dtw and run a couple of autopots untill I can jam with them, hopefully it doesn't come to that...fingers crossed.

Cheers bud

If your ph and ec are fine coming out of them I'd put it down to the auto pot system with one res isn't ideal for different strains that have different needs ... about the burnt tips I wouldn't know I've burnt flowers like that in the past but I think that was down the over feeding nutes and causing a burn not through foliar feeding ... they will still produce resin I assume but maybe the flowers won't grow as big always good for edibles or hash tho

That's the reason I don't like running packs of seeds for the differnt phenos, I'm wiaitng for the propogator lids coming for my 8.5 liter pots and gona start 2 seeds of same strain to make mother for my next run

Thanks guys you've given me something to think about.
I'm putting a plan together.
As luck would have it I had to plumb 6mm tubing into 9mm so connecting another reservoir isn't too painful I've 10ltr ready to plug in when needed?

I've got them drying back atm but I'm going to feed them with 2.2/2.3ec then see what happens on the dry back, I want to increase it sufficiently so it's easy to see any changes...fingers crossed.

My little tent is 80x80x160cm more then enough for what I need, I do need to find a good light for it,

I have been debating either of these and just hang at the top and control by the dimming switch, I don't mind starting new seeds for each run if I can just start a couple then use then for cuts so phenos are the same

Its best to leave some buds and leaves. Those buds should start pushing out new shoots now that they have grown some leaves. Ive seen some plants were in flower the buds ripen yet due to the genetics or me causing it with certain light and dark hours, once ripe the buds just grow out more shoots and those shoots will then grew new leaves and buds. Ive seen some plants continualy survive like this in flower for upto 3 years, sometimes done purposly by me or just the genetics and how the particular plant is. So its still usefull to have buds and leaves left on the plant. Many times you see multiple shoots come out of the buds growing from all directions. You should get a more bushier vigourous plant much quicker than just reveging with just leaves.

I've a tsl2000 I've had good results from it, that was responsible for me making the change to led, in some ways similar to autopots in that the test grow went well but after increasing the grow I had some problems to iron out, I bought 960w of lm301 boards and omg I frickin toasted them lol

This morning I mixed up 2.2ec with 50ppm of calmag I was pleased to see the run off at 1.6ec I know its shortfall is going somewhere so that's encouraging.

I'm making some way with the fruit flies, since removing the lids and letting the pots dry out they've nearly disappeared but not completely i stiil see the odd one.

I've mixed up H202 3ml ltr + wetting agent that kills them when drenched I'm not sure if catching a mist is enough to kill them but they crash land with the added weight, without surface tension water sticks to them easily, so yeah I'm making progress somewhere :-)

Possibly I do see a lil drooping on the leaf so it could be but as others say it might be rest like it and that's too much or too little for that one plant difference in nutrient preferences maybe too

Im sorry to hear that bud, there's a few remedies here for pm but I can't vouch for them, I've read numerous times over the years about potassium bicarb and sesame oil being effective.
There's a few tips about dealing with it and there's a option to ask questions about it?
