That thing looks hard to use for small dabs but can load half g at a time. Idk how it will do with flower rosin. Someone said its a radiative is that any better?

Happy Oil day everyone! I guess every day is oil for me. I guess its a matter of how many times I can dab myself sober today. Normally theres super deals at the store but I quit buying.

Heck yeah germinate in bathroom ground floor. Warmer temps like 70-80F and when people shower or whatever it rewets the paper towel. Paper towel method Im stubborn as hell.

I would sow direct on some seeds I dont care about though to get used to the pro method. Seed popped I think already. Looks bulgey. Less than 24hrs.

You wanna know something crazy? I popped lots of seeds and was about to only do so because I couldnt find a clone method. Now that I can clone I find it easier and less unsettling than popping beans.

Well after cloning it once that is. After that its idk just less stressful. Getting two or more beans popped and planted at once relying on a small count is a crapshoot. Let alone growing them.

I freaked out running out of iso and was ready to replace with amazon iso that turned out to be ethyl, not the same thing. The residue or any left behind will have that acetone smell, I used acetone back in my first years of smoking so wondered if this would damage or leave behind that awful smell/taste.

Iso was always best, may have to step out suddenly but worth using traditional iso. I am a dab junkie so I needed a quick answer but I think I figured it out. If it was all the same I would use ethyl but the ingredients in iso is just iso/water. Cleaner I would think.

As for what I dab these days, Bho when live resin isn’t 10/g or less and abundant. Rosins are 20/g at best still, need time for prices to drop like it did with everything else. 50$ to 100$ oz weed, 200mg gummies for 5$. rosins are like 20-80/g. I hope to switch to home made rosin from home grown and only get from store rarely vs only. The amount you can save is rediculous.

Probably getting the dabpress 10 or 12 ton, I forget exactly but around there. A pound would be 3$ a g rosin, yielding more would drop price more but less rapidly. Otherwise I am dependent on stores selling 10/g waxes. Some times they run out. 15-20g is around everywhere though but wow that is a lot. I think soon 10/g will be a new standard, been buying just that for almost 2 years now but select places.

I use both iso and ethanol for extracting.

If using quality solvent, ISO or Ethanol, there should not be any residual if purged properly.

Furthermore and in my experience, ISO offers a far more 'offensive' odor than ethanol. But as I said, if purged properly, there will be little to no traces of either solvent. I cant comment on acetone as I have never used it to extract.

From my experience, my criteria dictates what solvent I will use. Is this correct? I couldnt tell you. But it is my SOP.

If I want a 'rip your face off' concentrate, or using low grade bud, I will use ISO. If I want a full body and flavorful dabs, I use ethanol.

Also, if your goal is to make the most medicinal FSO, then use ethanol rather than iso. Ethanol is a more polar solvent and will extract more constituents. Also, if Everclear is the ethanol used as solvent and the concentrate is intended to be ingested, complete purging isnt as critical.

I looked into qwiso and read some say it caused weird head rushes and wasnt sure I wanted to persue. Im pretty set in my ways with pressing rosin.

I couldnt find an answer if a pound could be done faster than pressing the flower especially on a larger press than my 12 ton. 20 ton looks nice.

Im sensative I even think live resin upsets my athsma sometimes. Its dormant but if you know you know, it dont go away. It tends to come back at like 50yrs. Im 30.

I just caugh too much and cant dab or smoke much sometimes. Weeze a little sometimes. Never had an attack but its possible.

But especially I once got live resin with what had to be added terps fake terps. I was pissed, it never happened and thought quality could only get better.

Super upsetting to my airways and lingering taste/smell from the fake terps staying until like a gram of something else was dabbed.

Cigs would be terrible for athsma but I do smoke like many others do that have it. I got addicted to non additive tobacco. Taste amazing and doesnt upset me.

More expensive of course, theres no roll your own additive free otherwise Id save a killing. Thats my next problem expense. I dont want to grow my own and get more addicted I rather quit.

Yahhh yahh close to an eighth kongs krush flower rosin. Love the slight pink orange hues on the parchment. Banana cinimon cream fruit cocktail a lot like when I smoke the bud. Similar smells.

A complex taste to describe sprinkled with typical raunchyness of flower rosin. A dusty floral perfume of banana cinimon cream fruit cocktail. Yummy. Like those cups of fruit/ jello with cream.

I mothered it to smoke but I dont smoke but maybe can get grow costs off when some do. On top of it I can turn a good amount to fire rosin.

I pressed it at time I can jar for cure pressed low temp. Had this green not ripe taste actually a lot like a green banana. Didnt like it.

Upping temps helped but after a lousy cure because thats how easy it cures, its like the cured weed, better.

It cured in a sandwhich bag as a pressed puck 7 months old. Still pumping rosin. They were thick still, I didnt press hard to avoid blow outs to realize they dont matter and inadvertantly gifted myself rosin today.

If to press like I do now they would of been spent like they are now. Getting the last bit out pulls a lot more junk and only get scraps. Very raunchy.

Well thats why I mothered it, the easy cure. Just dry to 55-60rh stems snapping. Can smoke in bowl and stay lit. Not too early. Cures every time.

Actually now I recall I pressed an eighth of the cured jar but I just dont remember it being this good. Ive been dabbing my own rosin all one strain for two weeks maybe more.

Maybe Im getting accustomed to flower rosin to where I see qualities of other batches of home grown home made? Or I was so focused on the one strain I didnt have much love for this one..

Its possible I pressed it too long I recently found to try 45 sec and 1.5 min but no longer at 220F. Maybe I did 1.5 or longer.

i think its cerial milk from rqs, yea just flower i cooked it for 101 second XD.taste feels cemical but i did put it on a dry leaf of mint. aaannnd yeap i havent hit resin in ages

I was wondering what that was, thought it was trim to help vape it which is a cool Idea if that works. Ive never really smoked/vape anything other than weed cigs dabs.

Was cool to learn here that mullen or whatever its called can clear your airways if you smoke or vape it. When sick.

When I dab, I take only 2 hits and reload. No bad taste no burning and don’t get too zoomed. Just flavor. But sometimes I accidentally get too much. Iv been experimenting with putting whole flower into the e-nail quarts banger… it could kind of work… turns it into a dry herb vaporizer

Oh its called mullein actually. A herb you can inhale steam from hot bowl or smoke it but smoking it is not well known medically.

when i bought the vape it came with a little manual and it had one side full of plants you could smoke and what the effect was,cant find it now but mint opens the lungs hahah
