dabz all day. what do you dab and dab with?

Ooh hell yes, I was about to correct myself I could do 1 pound of trim in an hr easy. The bigger the screen the better, just need a vibrating source and crunch/shuffle the trim.

I think I do like 2oz at a time with my typical vivosun trim tray I think 10x20” if I guessed. 150 micron. 5-10 mins sifting each time. Larger screen, much much faster.

I just keep pulling 2oz from the freezer and collect sift, 20gs is the most Ive done from 8oz trim. Progressive harvest since clones didnt finish all at once otherwise it would be more.

Then I press it to rosin and store. I gather all trim and repeat and get like up to 50% yield as the first run sifting it again. Its not as high in hash and more contaminents.

Thats why I just toss the rest, the cream of crop is gone and then some. Of course strains will vary. I could do a 3rd pass but itll be like idk 5% the initial pass of yield? And way too dirty/low in hash.

A hash tumbler sounds nice but yea I dont mind how I do it. Hands only started hurting a bit towards the end of the pound over the couple weeks progressive harvest.

Ok that’s great, that’s almost the same as what I am doing. But I have a round tumbler. Of course it has its pros and cons. I’m planning to really use it for the outdoor monsters I harvest (if they work).

i heard about putting a sanding vibratory mashing on the screens to vibrate the screens, but it’s sounding like the good ordained way is fine also. I’m going to look for screens now. Prime deal

Yea Im set in my ways if anything Id upgrade my method to make it less hard on me, use both hands. For real, it hurts using one hand but thats what makes it work faster. Vibrating just gets it through the screen.

Then maybe clean up the hash with more screens or use static tech but honestly.. My best stuff of this hits home. 2 point one dabs of it end of day is just good enough. My fav part of day. About that time right now! Past 6pm.

Omg duh, take advantage of dehuey making my room so dry. Screw the veg tent! It can be in basement without dehuey. Minimal reservoir maintenence needing only couple feeds a day.

Get that 2.5x5 and turn my 3x3 into a flower tent. Use my 2x4 as a dry herb shelf tent. Buy a 3x3 use the 2x2 and pair them downstairs to make a perpetual monster.

I essentially will go from 20-22oz to 37oz a harvest 2.8gs a day = tons of iq loss worth of rosin. This is awesome its like rollercoaster tycoon but with tents and weed. I cant stop imagining improvements.

Did I just have a bad run? Am I bad at 2x2’s yielding high? I dont get it.. Continueing entertaining my latest idea measuring things out.. I stil dont get how an extra 6” gets me double the yield.

It seems like a lot just to get what I want. Could someone else in my shoes yield more in a 2x2 with a clone of this? I just dont get it. Its worth it given I just ran clones and clearly thats the winner.

Imagining ut was one thing but actually being seconds away from buying more stuff and measuring to be sure. I just dont know.

I thought I could just get really good at 2x2’s but uts so strain dependant and how people yield rediculous amounts. Its just not my situation.

Was too tired and late to make a costly decision. I slept on it. I still want to do it. Its not just the extra width its the massive height gain that allows colas to be colas. Just drastically changes size of plant.

Just something that takes time to realize. Cant think of a comparison, just anything in a sense of performance that to the untrained individual they may under estimate say, an extra amount of x and y equals highly improved performance.

That theyre highly correlated but its tricky to understand right away or else I wouldnt of shot myself in the foot with the 2x2’s

Im gonna do it! From 19-22oz if lucky to 32-38oz easily. Possibly more because the plants could be bigger I just still learning.

Variety spice of life alright. I be getting extra zooted vaping a different strain like kongs krush. Super cup of banana fruit cream. Amazing.

Il have ability to grow at least 2 strains easily with my new setup. Ill need that. Vaping the same ass strain is ugh all the sudden Im not as ok with that.

There ya have it, I vaped like 30gs flower rosin and only had 2 or 3 times a bit of weed got in the banger. Aside from seeing it I cant even taste that its there. No difference.

Yes same. There is a tiny little leaf bit or something here and there. Just dab around it. No big deal. I don’t even use bags so I have a few more particles floating around.

Chyea that looks like a monster dab! But it is really thin. I squeezed it flat between parchment paper and then lifted it with the dab tool. I love when you can see the trichomes in the dab. Oh and that shit melts without even leaving a stain in the banger. Being hooked on water hash dabs is worse than a coke addiction.

Well if it was in a enail it would be like taking 2-3 dabs lol. Thats why I switched from torch rigs it seems like a waste to let it puddle instead of vaporized till the last second. My bangers dont stain either.

Its weird Ive been dabbing rosin for a minute now and started out doing my own thing. Now I dab it just like store bought live resin.

Puffco makers deseigned it perfect by also recommending temp to size of dab. What sucks though is realizing recently through a article that the enails leach poisonous vapor from heating metal.

Lol I find myself comparing dabs to coke but as a joke. Coke is really freaking addictive. Ruins lives. Itll probably be legal some day though. That changes things.

My Dabpress email has the tungsten element wrapped around the banger. I think after a while at 800degrees it should burn off anything. It shouldn’t get sucked into the dab stream hopefully. I’m dabbing at 450-480-550. Still finding the perfect temp. Does anyone know of a better cleaning method than using 27445 Qtips? Maybe like a giant Qtip on the end of a drill.

Whats wrong with qtips? The non coated ones. I just use one dry one side for small dab two sides dor .1g dabs.

I stop the heat just in time, allow some carry over time which Im reaching for the qtip for while taking one last hit.

If I do it right I can keep a banger clean.

The puffco peak just has that imperfection it dries in the middle and turns black over time unless you sacrifice some dab for it which I dont.

The ceramic bangers are cheap and each atomizor your buy comes with a new one.

I get mine on element vape for a cheap price.

Puffco Peak Pro and the upgraded 3D XL arrived today from Element Vape also.

Heavy clouds with minimal spillage.

Ive always wanted to try the 3d and see if I can take knock out size dabs. The kind that trigger the wtf am I doing to myself thoughts lmao.

Then i realized without a 3d Im just wasting it and found Ive been getting more out of it taking the right size dabs.

Simply correlate temp to size of dab like the manual says. I still like to torch through a large dab though some times, some times its simply faster and worth the slight loss.

Its a loss overloading the regular atomizers it just sits there no vapor and finally last second some vapor. The 3d would be crazy because it wont do that “I think.”
