We would be happy to share some of ours, 110 today low of 82 overnight.

Yeah, it's a hundred plus with 10% RH in the garage. Can't afford to cool it but I can run a small space heater in winter to warm it.

What we need is a self contained unit with a humidifier, dehumidifier heater and AC that would maintain perfect VPD at all times.
Wouldn't that be nice. You could eliminate one set of variables and concentrate on feeding and water.

That's what I thought too.

I'm not even sure the window AC I put into my flower room would keep it cool enough in there, if I was running it. I downsized to a spare closet in the house.

My basement is cooler in the summer than it is in the winter with the AC running. I'm still running a heater

That's what I thought too.

The problem with high heat is you need corresponding high RH which is conductive to mold.

I figured out which route the steam engine is taking when it rolls through our area tomorrow. Of course it is going to be about 110 out late in the afternoon when it makes it here. Now to talk my daughter into taking the grandkids out to see it on the tracks.

My Dad took me to see the last steam train that was running in DC when I was a kid. We put pennies on the track before it came and they got smashed by the train. Pretty cool souvenirs but probably frowned upon in today's post 9/11 security environment. Hope y'all have a blast.

My Dad took me to see the last steam train that was running in DC when I was a kid. We put pennies on the track before it came and they got smashed by the train. Pretty cool souvenirs but probably frowned upon in today's post 9/11 security environment. Hope y'all have a blast.

We put some quarters on the track for the missle silo door we were working on and smashed them that way. I have no idea where those went over the years. We rode the door and it was at night so it was cool to look down into the lit up hole once we cleared it.

My buddies convinced me to play a round at Rolling Hills in Corning on Sunday. We tee’d off early but still almost died as we were finishing. My buddies just invited me to play a round Friday tee’ing off at 10 at a private country club course in Chico we often play. I said what are you guys trying to kill me and posted this
