Help me avoid fake seeds/strains

I watched a vid by Dark Horse Genetics showing all the different "seeds banks" selling his Bruce Banner strain, but every one of them being fake. I don't care about all these 'big name' strains personally... but how can anything be trusted on these sites? Just looking for low THC medicine but have no idea what I'll really get. I've heard just buy direct from breeders but I have no idea who these breeders are or the real websites.
A long list of links would be great!

Look at seedsherenow they carry all the legit breeders and have good prices and sales here and there, freebies, fast discreet shipping. They are in the U.S.A. the rep from there James Bean is always on the Adam dunn show on YouTube. I got my Exotic Genetix "Chocolatina" seeds on sale for only $40 they were price dropped because Exotic Genetix had just dropped the Red Pop line and so seedsherenow was clearing out inventory. I also picked up Thug Pug Genetics "Garlic Breath" a few years ago when they price dropped it down to $48 then like a week later Thug Pug "Retired" and everyone was selling the Garlic Breath packs for $500-1,000 lol, then Thug Pug Un-Retired and happened to find "MORE" packs of Garlic Breath and Peanut Butter Breath that he "FORGOT" he had stashed in his underwear drawer! Riiiight! :)

Also another place is CSI Humboldt. He has a lot of good genetics he is working with and preserving all the good classic strains! Like Chemdog, Trainwreck, and older stuff and also newer stuff. I bet you would definitely find something super dank in his stuff that would hit the spot just right and not be too over powering
