Friday night Polish cold meats night.



Bacon-egg salad, ham-mascarpone salad, olives, and camembert

And Wawel chocolate - famous Polish brand that doesn’t disappoint.

Beef short ribs, smoked with cherry wood chips. Braising in Italian red wine, beef bone stock, tomato paste, rosemary and basil, celery, onions, carrots, peppers and garlic.

We grilled some large NY strips with baked taters. Not fancy but damn it’s good. Steaks were about 18 oz’s each, first steak I’ve had in a couple months. Only $9.99 lb , I just couldn’t say no to that.

We rarely get takeout, but this was $7 - good value, but couldn't eat it all.

Pig shot (bacon wrapped kielbasa, stuffed with cream cheese and topped with cheddar), garlic mashed potatoes, mixed veggies, beans and a slab of pork roast.
Cheater meal of the month.
