Transplanted from Root Riot --> Solo Cups and my babies look sick

This Blue Dream is 10 days old. I germinated in root riot in a dome and she was looking very healthy. On day 8, I moved her into the solo cup with Happy Frog soil once I saw roots popping out of the root riot in all directions.

Yesterday (Day after transplant) she was a bit droopy. I assumed there was some shock from the move into soil, but then today the lower leaves started getting brown spots on the sides and it's looking worse. I did gave her a decent bit of water after the transplant, and not sure if this is overwatering, or if there is a different problem. The brown leaves are throwing me, because everything I've seen from overwatering appears to be more yellowish than brown.

Using LED 200watt light about 25-30" above the plant. Grow room stays between 70-77 degrees with an average humidity around 38% in the room. I removed the dome once I moved into the solo cup.

I don't see a problem, looks fine to me.
It's a bit hard to see in the original, so tried to zoom in and highlight what I was talking about. I might be overthinking it a bit, but these leaves were immaculate before the transplant. Is this type of browning normal going from root riot to solo cups?

Really appreciate your feedback, as I haven't done this in 10 years, and I didn't have a good knowledge of what I was doing then either. lol

The best product to use with seedlings is called leaveitthafuckalone it comes in all sizes. Lol. Just water it every 4 days or so for a couple weeks and don’t sweat it so much. Many seedlings have been killed due to people’s inability to just let it live.

I just used a very tiny amount of clonex nutrient solution watering the root plugs for the first 2 weeks and all seedling were immaculate, based on commercial research that's all they really need for the first stages, I also don't see the point in giving them anything extra for now

This is gold. Unfortunately I don't have privileges to "like" and react to this yet, but kudos. I had pen in hand until I got half way through that product name. ( :

Can't even worry now boss, good eyes tho. Update us in a couple days
Will do. I have one of each (Blue Dream, Purple Punch, and Gorilla Glue) going. BD seems to be taking the race right now, but that's expected with the strain (I think). I only have a 4x2 setup right now, so whichever two are doing the best one they get to veg will stay, and I'll likely throw the 3rd outdoors and see what happens.

A few updates and photos. Day 15. I switched my light to veg spectrum and moved from 24:0 to 18:6 yesterday. I dropped the humidity in the tent from 60-70% range down to 50-60%.

Thoughts on if these are too small to transplant to 5 gallon yet?

I can see roots through the bottom of the cuts in the solo cup - not a ton yet. I can just see one or two through the slit that I made, but I added mycorrhiza and it seems it's filled the solo cup in about a week. I was thinking about moving these to 5 gallon pots in 2 days. I'll water tomorrow so the soil isn't dry and holds a bit better.

Those are going to fall off and die. But that's totally normal. Your plant is fine.

There definitely is some yellowing on the blue dream and others now. You can see it in the pics below. Any thoughts? I'm only watering in the solo cups every 3-4 days.

Yes wait at least another week before transplant in the 5 gals and bring back up the humidity a bit 62-67%

They are looking very well, probably will have to repot them in a few weeks

Let them continue building that root zone.

I might have jumped the gun. I realized I had a PH issue. My water was very alkaline and sitting about 8.3, which I then attributed to some of the yellowing. Went to the local hydro store to get some PH Down and after having a conversation with the owner, he suggested that I go ahead and repot them and water to help offset the PH issue and get them into something within range. 6.0 is my target.

There's a few pcs of the roots below. They likely could be more established, and preferably would have waited had I not had the PH issue.

I added more mycorrhiza during the transplant, and I also introduced Recharge to the water. Not sure if you're familiar, but it essentially is just a compost tea to add beneficial bacteria. The thought was that this will also naturally help correct the PH while promoting a good microbiome early.

We'll see how it works, and part of me is regretting not waiting another week or two. We'll have to sit back and see how they take, but will keep you posted. Thanks for the input.
