Young plant, all new growth faded looking?

Howdy. I’m about three weeks in with the two larger plants in the pic. Since sprouting, the one on the right/top has consistently had a faded, deficient look, especially the new growth. I’m confident this is not a product of overwatering (though I did water both yesterday, so soil looks wet, but trust me - they were dry.) The leaves actually green up a bit once they’ve been out for a while, as you can maybe see on the lower growth. I’m concerned that there is something genetically poor about this plant, and I’m tempted to ditch it to make room for another. The seeds were some of the smallest I’ve seen - I know they say size doesn’t matter - and my other attempt at a seed from this pack also went south with what seemed like deficiencies I just couldn’t address (easily could be user error. Samsquanch from Mephisto. Maybe just a bad batch?

Have others seen plants like this? Most importantly, did you get it to the finish line successfully? Thanks.

new growth consistently yellow and deficient looking since sprouting/not overwatered/can I get a successful harvest?

Looks like it growth is comparable to the other one in the picture. I would guess that would have some effect on the plants photosynthesis one way or another but who knows how much. Maybe it’ll grow out of it.

Looks like one of the issues is a magnesium deficiency on the yellow one. An Epsom salt foliar would quickly determine if it is a mg issue. If it's mg the color would improve within a few days after a foliar.

That’s what it looks like, but it’s a new plant in pretty hot soil. Even the first cotyledons were of this color, which leads me to think it’s a genetic issue. I’m going to let it go as an experiment. Hopefully she will grow out of it.

Here’s a quick update on this plant. New growth continued to be faded looking, as were the very first leaves. I really attribute that to weird auto genetics, but maybe I’m wrong. She’s gotten new layers of dry amendments (Dr. Earth Home Grown and then Dr Earth Flower Girl) every two weeks. But despite the faded look, the buds are stinky and sticky and she’s been a pretty expansive grower for an auto. Harvest isn’t too far out at this point.

If I experience a plant like this again I will give it a try. Really, just kept this one alive as an experiment, as she seemed challenged from birth but seems she’s going to wind up ok.
I had Memphisto run that included Wedding, Double Grape and 3bears og. I lost 1 3bears and the other 3 grew just as your. It was a struggle to run but they did cross the finish line. Gold star went to Double Grape. All are good but Double Grape hands down best.
