IMHCO ... people's inability to be respectful in a traffic jam, understanding the act of a successful merge or proper use of a roundabout ( speaking of things European ... ) doesn't fall on the cops.

PSHAW ... I didn't need to watch them on any telly. I have witnessed first hand some of America's worst drivers. On two different occasions, Mommy In Law almost ended things near Milwaukee's Miller Park.

Driving here is sometimes like a mad max movie. 401 highway that runs through TO is patrolled by the provincial police instead of city police. Whenever there's an accident they just block the highway with firetrucks. Cops just sit around and watch no guiding or helping traffic around a major accident.
