Life expectancy on the great dane is too short. Beanie was just about 9, seemed like the blink of an eye.

Folks further up found that out too last summer. At less than 8 years old, their Dane could barely get off the front stoop to come and say hello. When he was younger, that dog would ask anyone close by to throw his toys in the lake so he could retrieve them - like for the entire day
