So this is a dumb question, but shouldn't the cuttings show male flowers, if it's an auto flower, or does the shock from cutting and stripping, delay the flowering?
Not on the cuttings though?Looks like they're only at the nodes, not the growing tips. Could be just really strong/abundant preflowers...
Eh, wouldn't surprise me. In my limited experience, cuttings and small clones tend to have less preflowers than larger plantsNot on the cuttings though?
Do you think they got pollen on the other cuttings in the cloner?Eh, wouldn't surprise me. In my limited experience, cuttings and small clones tend to have less preflowers than larger plants
Either way, it looks 100% male to me
Maybe but I wouldn't sweat it if they're all still on veg lighting. If you get a seed or two from a preflower, no big dealDo you think they got pollen on the other cuttings in the cloner?
For sure. They're not rooted yet, so they'll be good for a while. I'm just not sure how long the pollen is viable for.Maybe but I wouldn't sweat it if they're all still on veg lighting. If you get a seed or two from a preflower, no big deal
Males autoflowering is common in alot of lines sadly especially in outdoor stuff the so called semi autos are a very good example of this there very hard to save males with cos most do this ime maybe dubi from ace or even better esbe from hybrids from hell/zen seeds could explain it alot better than meI've had this happen a few times where males will start this shit even in veg. Once it was a pretty desirable strain so I asked around to a few breeders and almost every one told me it was an undesirable trait and not to play with the pollen. My thoughts were it would be desirable to be able to sex them easier but I guess not
Short is dj short the breederMales are allways
Males are allways Fastest and tallest.i think auto comws from the short part of the name
