Kinda blends in with the rest, I can’t say I really taste ketchup and if I would I’d probably add some mayo. I do use a good amount of oregano, love that stuff. I just double checked and see a ratio of 2:1 or 3:1 mayo and ketchup is more common.Never heard of ketchup in tuna. I might try it just to see what it tastes like. If you really want to treat yourself put it on some warm focaccia with sea salt and rosemary… (that‘s what the best place where I lunch does).
@DCcan that just looks amazing. Would eat and order again.

The fresh corn just hit the shelf this week here , I picked up a couple, they went into the veggie drawer and I forgot about them until I read this post. Roasted corn in the air fryer tomorrow night, yeah that’s for supper.
I put a teaspoonful of sweet relish and a little chopped sweet onion and celery in mine as wellNever heard of ketchup in tuna. I might try it just to see what it tastes like. My wife loves a bunch of stuff in tuna......I'm Hellmann's olive oil mayo and black pepper maybe a little mustard.
Oh I should have done that... didn't have capers and/or bell peppers like I normally use but do still got some homemade relish in the fridge.I put a teaspoonful of sweet relish
I drop the celery & use diced Granny Smith apples insteadI put a teaspoonful of sweet relish and a little chopped sweet onion and celery in mine as well
Beat me to it! I was going to suggest that. It's a wonderful crunch with a sweet/sour added. I'm going to try Sugar Bees this summer they don't have that sweet/sour tang though. But they have such a nice crisp, clean taste to the complex sweetness, worth a try and if it's not a win I have pot and dogs.I drop the celery & use diced Granny Smith apples instead
