Does anyone have these? If so, At what level and how long to you run them?

I installed mine at the top of my tent on the four top rods. I currently have them set at level five and have them coming on and off one hour after on and one hour before off. My tent is 64 inches tall.

I'll be experimenting on what settings to use.

I can't see the glow with my eyes, But my phone camera picks it really well.

I would be running them in the middle of the light cycle rather than at the start and end of it.
Is it the ionbeam light bars? You haven't said how many bars you got. 4 I think.
What do their instructions say re hanging distance and duration?

That's how I run uvA. 26 watt Mantis led. ~ 4hrs worth in middle of cycle around 12" - 300mm away, in the centre.
That's enough uv watts to cover ~ 1m2

Also I'd think about lowering them closer to the plants. It won't fry the plants.

They are the Ionbeams.

I said I put them on the four top bars. So I have four.

There isn't anything in the instructions that came with them on distance. Only how to put them together.

I can't mount them in the center, My main light is in the way.

How many hours in the middle of the light schedule?

Ion beans are uva correct? If so, you can leave them on the whole lights on cycle. Uvb you have to run for an hour or 2 at the middle of lights on cycle.

They are UVA. I changed my settings so they come on at 9am and off at 3pm with the sunset feature set to 3 hours.

When they come on at 9am they will be at the lowest setting and rising to the highest setting at noon then dropping back down slowly to the lowest setting.

I'll try this for awhile to see what happens.

It's that cycle a built in feature?


Mine came built in the light, along with ir, so they're on the full light cycle. It's not as many uva diodes as yours though. I did buy a uvb310 from migro. That one I run an hour and a half midday.

It's built into the AC Infinity 69 Pro controller and the controller that it comes with.

Interested to hear your opinion of the benefits of uva and uvb since you have personal experience. Are the benefits worth the effort to add supplemental UV lights in your view?

Well, I've only done 1 run with the uvb, with a first run strain, so not sure if it made a difference.
