Joe needs to focus his campaign on the challenge of China and how America can't afford Trump or republican stupidity. Trigger the latent racism and fear to motivate without descending into hatred, make it a rivalry that benefits everybody, not a war that hurts everybody. America wanted free trade and markets, well you have it, in your face and the Chinese don't fuck around. They don't depend on cheap labor but on high levels of automation, labor isn't that cheap in China anymore. It is a sputnik moment and America needs to rise to the challenge and in so doing, raise itself up a notch or two, it starts with education and schools though, as it did back then in the cold war.

Rudy got hammered for over 100 million... and Trump is a two-time loser, the jury decides punitive damages and that is the number to watch. Donald might not want to be in court for judgement day and could lose it on the jury and charge at the jury box like a bull! :lol:

It's the potential loss of license to conduct business in New York in the fraud trial that would shatter his current business. With all the dirty money flowing to him, he's economically invulnerable but moving his business empire out of NY will at least be a distraction to him.

well the NY AG has got the buisness side of him all ready in a tight noodle with 250mil or 300mil, plus on top of that banishment from NY. This is the 2nd Carroll case, where he touched her (well you get the gist), he's already on the rock for 5mil for her, this is the second trial for 10mil added, and from what i've been reading they are also asking for punative damages to be accessed as well to the jury. Now the question is will they or won't they....and if they do....how much? 50 mil, 100mil...maybe more

Don't expect the judges to cut down the damages, here or in his tax case.

I guess Donald will need more money soon and will need to hit up the base some more, he's already taken most of their small donor money and that hurts the GOP house the most. Not a dime will be spent on them except to primary them! Many state republican parties are in disarray and broke with maga lunatics running the affairs and a lot of their people in legal or civil shit of one kind or another. The federal GOP is not in any better shape and Kevin walked off with big donor money and the list! Meanwhile Rick Scott long ago blew the senate's reelection money on stupid ineffective shit. Some red states will vote to pay Trump's legal bills with taxpayer money though, Florida already tried, but meatball Ron nixed the idea.
