genuinely not sure where to post this, however im 19, 5'0, 120 pounds, and have a court mandated drug test coming up. i haven't smoked since 12/28/23 but have yet to piss clean even on at home tests. i've been around second hand smoke but rarely. i need some tips please, body cleansers or just some straight up knowledge or facts. i've been drinking water but not as much as i should to be honest
So you have about 40 days without consuming by the time of the test. That should be close to ok.
It really depends on how much and how long you smoked for.
If you smoked everyday and a LOT you could still have dirty piss for up to three months.
That idea isn’t fun when you have a test coming up.
Like someone else said you can beat a piss test with dilution by drinking a lot of water before the test. They will likely test for temperature and creatine levels if they are trying to catch cheaters. It may even be a lab test?
I think your best hope is to get some more home tests. Test your first piss of the day. Then drink 2 litres of water. Then test your piss after that. Try to figure out how much water you need to test clean to get an idea of how much might still be in your system.
If you can give yourself the peace of mind of knowing dilution can get you pissing clean in the next few days then that should help.
Just play around with drinking water as well and timing how long it takes until you need a pee.
