TRUMP CONVICTED

It's always someone else's fault, he never learns from his mistakes. All of his misfortunes are his own doing, from trying to steal the election to the classified documents, all the lying and cheating in NY are his to account for.
Something I don't get, is he's a known sex offender, and some people still back him. Seems to me the code amongst criminals is to beat these type of offenders in the big house. I guess the Trump supporters are cool with that type of bullshit. THAT ALONE, would keep me from EVER supporting him. But, hey whatever floats your MAGA boat I guess, ffs.

He is probably one of the worst human beings possible and has no character whatsoever. He is a reflection of the character flaws of those who support him, to do so at this point amounts to treason against the constitution. When you stand for nothing, you'll fall for anything, even believe Putin is America's friend because Trump says he's a nice guy like his buddy in North Korea. Unfortunately, if they can make them believe absurdities, they can also make them commit atrocities too.

It's all "fake news" to them. He epitomizes the worst of human behavior.

He will already be federally convicted in DC and most likely a federal prisoner by the time the convention or his trial in Georgia rolls around. I can see Donald in the Dock wearing orange on TV in October and November, around the same time the SCOTUS disqualifies him from the general election, assuming he isn't disqualified for the primaries. It would make for an interesting election in 24 alright, Donald as the convicted GOP nominee on TV trial in Georgia and being disqualified on the eve of the election by the SCOTUS leaving the GOP high and dry and their base freaking out.

It is more than a possibility; it has become a probability...

Former President Donald Trump’s precarious election interference trial in Atlanta—where he faces some of the most serious criminal charges—will probably stretch on well past the 2024 election, Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis conceded on Tuesday. During a one-on-one interview on stage at a global women’s summit hosted by The Washington Post, Willis revealed that she now expects the historic and much-anticipated racketeering trial to stretch on through the winter of 2024 and even into the spring of 2025. In previous statements, she had made clear she intended to put Trump and his cadre of 2020 election meddlers in Georgia on trial early next year. That previous timeline was likely to significantly interrupt Trump’s campaign for president. However, the more realistic timeline threatens to cause even more tumult, as it would potentially force Trump into a criminal courtroom during the actual election in November 2024.

No, it hasn't...there are bank records that have been dated, showing money laundering...classic examples of it - and, wouldn't matter if he was in office or not - money laundering is still a crime, even if you're not in charge of the White House - just like "prosecutors" are looking at Trump's activities (regardless of evidence) prior to his time in office, to try to find anything that will stick.

My prediction, with Trump. Nothing, based on evidence in court, will stick. However, one or more of the judges in these cases has shown unmitigated bias (something judges are NOT supposed to do!) If there is a conviction, it will be appealed...until he gets to a court where they look at the law and the evidence. That's when any conviction will be tossed.

The one in Georgia, the prosecutor is saying that he tried to have the results overturned...but everyone seems to forget the video from Ruby Freeman, who is shown in living color, running batches of ballots through the machine, multiple times, without any of the supervision that is supposed to occur BY LAW. The next day, she posted on Facebook "My daughter and I won Georgia for Biden!!", and that post was there for a day, before someone told her to take it down, because she was admitting to (and rejoicing in) having committed a *felony*!

But, I'll never convince you, and you'll never convince me. The only difference is, I'm not going to ridicule anyone else for their opinion, or who they support politically - unless that person has committed actionable, impeachable offenses...that have real, concrete, objective evidence. Even so, I'll ridicule that politician...but not you. I'm out. Going back to talking about growing canna to help patients. Thought that's what we're here for, anyway.
You might convince me if you posted a link from a reputable source that contains the documentary evidence you claim exists regarding money laundering, Post whatever source you like but if it's from Newsmax or Fox or some other questionable source you'll be laughed at.

Trump continues to make a mockery of equality under the law and testing the limits of the judiciary, which IMO has failed the country and in enforcing the law when it comes to Trump. The US constitution is not a suicide pact for liberal democracy, but with Trump and the republicans you would never know it.

Donald is in so much legal shit you need a spreadsheet to keep track of it all and 2024 promises to be the year when the Teflon is burned off. He should be in jail, and perhaps he will be before long, the heat keeps getting hotter and Donald keeps freaking out. When the judge in NY takes his money, he will likely be exposed as a phony with the receiver's report to the court, that should evoke a conniption of epic proportions. If Donald isn't in jail by then, it might be the trigger that sends him off the deep end and to the crowbar hotel.

Lawyer of Georgia defendant in Trump election case admits to leaking witness video
An attorney for one of former President Trump’s co-defendants in Georgia admitted to providing proffer videos of defendants who pled guilty to a media outlet, a stunning revelation that came during an emergency court hearing Wednesday afternoon.

Attorney Jonathan Miller, who is representing former Coffee County election supervisor Misty Hampton, did not name the outlet and said he leaked the footage in the name of transparency.

“In being transparent with the court and to make sure that nobody else gets blamed for what happened – and so that I can go to sleep well tonight – judge, I did release those videos to one outlet,” Miller said. “And in all candor, I need the court to know that.”

ABC News was the first outlet to publish the videos on Monday, followed by The Washington Post, which showed four defendants who pleaded guilty in the election interference case – ex-Trump lawyers Jenna Ellis, Sidney Powell and Kenneth Chesebro, plus former Georgia bail bondsman Scott Hall – interviewing with state prosecutors.

I guess you really don't have a right to privacy when you rat out your friends and clients. That's going to know.

He called for "...the termination of all rules, regulations, and articles, even those found in the Constitution." That is the motivation of his opponents. Duh.

No he didn't. He said this without attaching context:

“A Massive Fraud of this type and magnitude allows for the termination of all rules, regulations, and articles, even those found in the Constitution,”

Which was of course interpreted by Trump detractors as a call to shut down the Constitution. My interpretation was that he's a crappy kneejerk writer who was complaining about a fraud being used to bypass the constitution.

Then he later said that fraudulent elections should be redone without time limits to fix things. Apparently that was problematic too.

Trump didn't call for the Constitution to be revamped. Why would he? He's one of the few politicians left who actually care about it.

I guess we will have to wait for the jury verdict in DC, the unanimous decision beyond a reasonable doubt. His trial in DC begins on March 4th and more to follow.

I guess you're not a Biden supporter either?
I don't really qualify as a supporter of either Biden, or Trump. I am Canadian. What I support is democracy. Something about watching how lil' rocket man, and Putz in Russia operate reinforces the idea for me. Who do you support?

If he's going to 'not get' a fair trial anywhere, he'll not get it there.
How would he arrest all the people he is vowing to jail if he is elected without breaking the constitution? He publicly stated on video he would suspend the constitution and they have a team working on a plan to do it by invoking the insurrection act on day one. Don't you know a dictator when you see one? Or is it he will get "them" not me!
He didn't say he was going to suspend the Constitution. That was Biden. And the governors of the states of New Mexico and California.

Trump has been indicted 91 times and is in the process of due process with his first trial date in DC on Mar 4th, get popcorn.
I've got popcorn, plenty. But he just keeps shutting these Trump-haters down. I'm sick of throwing away stale popcorn. Especially in this economy. Popcorn costs like one of Biden's granddaughters grew it in the toilet and is selling signed copies.

If Trump is a deity, he is one of the Devil's, more likely a sociopath with a low operational intelligence. How someone can think this guy is their only source of truth and light says a lot about them.
He's no deity. But you're probably right. Statistically, he almost has to be a sociopath. It's prerequisite to that level of wealth. It's a personality trait he shares with most of our representatives and unelected bureaucrats.

I have never considered a politician a source of truth, let alone the only one. Even if they're not really a politician. But I like to pick my public servants by their observable record of public service. I voted against him the first time, then saw him in action and changed my opinion of him. Except about him being a buffoon. But I figured, why not just pick the guy for the job, even if he does send mean tweets and refuse to use X.
