So this is my 2nd grow was going good and then transplanted all to bigger pots and gave a watering 3-4 days later they started looking rough and I immediately seen the signs of overwatering because i had issues with that last grow, it has since been 18 days with no water but still not showing wilt like they're dry. So my question is do ypu think they will recover and be worth continuing or should I start plans to start anew..first pic is day they were transplanted others are today....4x4 tent vs4000 led light FFOF soil

18 days no water? They're too dry now. Give them some water man. What kind of soil? Do you use bottled nutes at all?

the sign to water is not wilt bro. thats too late thats crisis. just lift the pots and see if they are light. i bet they are light after 18 days and if its a peat based mix you got there its better to water in a couple of sittings and use a surfactant otherwise the water will just run through the peat and not soak in.

Those plants have more issues than just lack of water, what are you feeding, and how often, and at what PH? It looks like you've got deficiency/burn or PH issues too.

Haven't fed any nutes yet they're in Ffof soil which should have enough to satisfy the plant for at least 3 weeks..ph my water to 6.3 -6.5...severe overwatering can cause signs that look Like deficiency basically because when the roots stay to wet to long they quit taking in nutrient and concentrate on taking in oxygen which there's little available if soaking wet

Never ph when growing in soil.
