TRUMP CONVICTED

None of that confirms that his fraudulent diversion of nominal campaign funds has been stopped.
Not yet, but it doesn't look good for Donald, I imagine more will be forth coming over the next few days. The judge more importantly ordered him to reveal all secret investment partners and Trump might not comply if it involves Russians and I suspect that it does.

They probably won't charge him for it because it will mean having to use the documents in prosecuting him and there is no need, he is gone for good anyway.

A busy day in the courts as routine motions are filed and dealt with, it won't help, they are all going down IMO. Donald's case in Florida looks very bad and the judge there is looking at a rock-solid case against Trump that will send him away for life. It is a national security matter of the most serious kind and now it is even more serious and would affect his sentencing. If he is tried in May of 24 for the document's crimes, that means it will back-to-back with the DC J6 case starting on March 4th of 24. Looks like Georgia will have to wait until July or August of 24 for Donald's TV trial, just before the election there will be a spectacle on national TV. Donald should appear in court on TV dressed in coveralls, whatever the color of the day they happen to be, as a federal convict and prisoner.

That appears to be how the court schedule is shaping up:

First disqualification in December by the SCOTUS, and convictions of his codefendants in Georgia, concurrent with this should be news of the final disposition of his case in NY where they will probably clean him out and reveal his true financial picture. All that by the end of the year and perhaps bankrupt, again. Next year it's a faceoff with Jack on March 4th as the GOP primaries are happening, then after that a trial in Florida for the secret docs in May, finally the TV trial in Georgia sometime next summer or early fall. Then there is the election, but he won't be running, except as a write in, and we won't hear much from or about Donald until he dies in his cell.

If Trump is disqualified, convicted and imprisoned before the next election, what impact will it have on the election of 24? Trump should be in prison by the time the republicans pick a nominee at the convention after Trump attacks them all spring before going to prison, expecting them to pardon him, if they are elected! His trial is in DC this spring and he will be Hell on the GOP house until he is locked up, Donald is on fire and about to explode in a shower of shit and he wants to hug as many house republicans as he can before he does. He will be facing criminal conviction in March of 24 and as the day draws closer these demands will grow more desperate and insane. He will have Speaker Gym walking the highwire and jumping through hoops of fire for him before being shot out of the cannon. He will shut down the government until he breaks the republicans in the house and some cross and vote with the democrats, despite the death threats, they only need a half dozen of them to break the magats hold on the house. They are not all from safe gerrymandered racist districts and some will have to fight for reelection, but first they have to get through the primaries. Shutting down the government for Trump won't go over well and it will be obvious. Jack should have Trump's phone bugged by now and has plenty of evidence of obstruction of justice and witness tampering. They get such warrants for far less and national security is involved here, is he still blabbing secrets on the phone to his billionaire buddies, those who will take his calls that is.

The legal details of Trump's NY dilemma, it looks like this might fuck him financially and drive him into bankruptcy, the feds are yet to speak up about the fraud and taxed owed to them. I dunno how much Trump owns personally; I suspect everything was owned by his corporate entities to avoid taxes and to act as capitol for more loans.

Jack isn't fucking around and if she continues to fuck up, they will have her removed from the case. She should be seeking the advice and counsel of senior judges until she gets her bearings and avoid looking like a complete idiot.

Appeals court declines to pause Trump’s fraud trial, but halts cancellation of business licenses
A New York appeals court declined to temporarily pause former President Trump’s civil fraud trial but did halt the cancellation of Trump’s business licenses until after an appeals court hears his case.

The order follows a Friday motion filed by Trump’s legal team to stay the trial and the enforcement of an earlier ruling issued by the New York Supreme Court that found Trump and his businesses liable for fraud.

In that 1,154-page court filing, Trump’s legal team wrote that Judge Arthur Engoron’s decision imposed “unauthorized, undemanded, overbroad relief” to the New York attorney general’s office, which will result in “significant, irreparable harm” to the former president and his business.

“Supreme Court clearly does not comprehend the scope of the chaos its decision has wrought,” Trump’s attorneys wrote in the filing.

Engoron’s ruling, issued before the trial began, strips some of Trump’s business licenses and orders that an independent monitor continue to oversee the Trump Organization. On Thursday, Engoron also ordered closer scrutiny of Trump’s assets, barring Trump or any other defendants in the sweeping case from transferring any assets or creating a new entity to acquire them without disclosure first.

Defense attorneys argue in the Friday filing that Engoron had “no rationale or legal authority” to dissolve Trump’s businesses or order additional directives.

“Supreme Court’s sprawling and punitive relief is both unprecedented in a civil action in this State and indefensible under the law or any reasonable view of the facts,” Trump’s legal team wrote.

“They also claimed the order would “unquestionably inflict severe and irreparable harm” to “innocent” employees who depend on Trump’s businesses for their livelihoods, suggesting it threatens termination for “hundreds of New York employees without any jurisdiction or due process.”

Trump attorney Chris Kise informed the court and prosecutors Thursday that the defense would seek a stay of the trial and the summary judgment Engoron had issued.

Prosecutors objected to Kise’s notice, which they argued was not provided a full 24 hours before, as is required, because it did not describe what type of stay the defendants would be seeking. Kise had argued that the defense had not decided whether to ask for a pause in both the trial and summary judgment, so they should not have to tell prosecutors those details in advance.

“It’s not notice to say that we’re doing something but don’t know what we’re doing yet,” said Andrew Amer, a prosecutor for the New York attorney general’s office.

New York Attorney General Letitia James (D) sued Trump, the Trump Organization and two of his adult children — Eric Trump and Donald Trump Jr. — last September, alleging more than a decade of fraud. The lawsuit asserted that Trump’s company sought lower taxes and better insurance coverage by falsely inflating and deflating the value of its assets.

The trial began Monday, with both James and Trump present in the courtroom. Defense attorneys repeatedly entered objections tied to Engoron’s earlier order but indicated they did not plan to litigate their appeal during the trial itself.

Not sure if I would have wanted to admit this.

I think the TV trial in Georgia will have to do, especially if Trump appears on TV in a jump suit as a convicted felon in custody serving life over J6. Donald is in legal Hell with a pack of dogs ripping him apart and attacking from all sides, and it has only just begun! By the end of the year, he might be disqualified and bankrupted, then 3 trials in a row, two federal and one state in the new year.

So what happens if she royally screws up and the trial goes to another judge. That judge needs to get up to speed, dates arranged. Basically extends the trail to after the election.

It doesn't really matter at this point, Jack shifted focus to DC when he realized she was a fuck up and added defendants. Donald should be convicted in DC by May, when the Florida trial is supposed to begin, then the Georgia TV trial after that, or so it seems so far. We will see, Chutkan could move Trump's trial date up a month from March 4th after his muzzle hearing. It will be a busy spring and summer for Trump in 24 and what happens in Florida can take its time, Donald could be gone for life before the trial even begins.

Maybe she wants out of the case? I mean she could get the help and counsel of senior judges who would guide and mentor her, but from what I'm seen she has not.

She would have to try and sentence Donald after he convicted in DC, and he might appear as a federal prisoner awaiting sentencing before he goes to trial in Florida. She will have little choice but to impose a life sentence, because much will be alluded to on sentencing that they don't want to bring up at trial for national security reasons. She would be under death threat for the rest of her days as will any judge who sentences Trump to prison. Perhaps getting tossed from the case is better than recusal, since Trump expects favors, and she can't give any.

As far as Jack is concerned, once he gets Trump locked up in DC, he can take as much time in Florida as he needs, Donald isn't going anywhere. I think Jack wants multiple federal life sentences for Donald and anything over 10 years is life for him. He is gone for good once they get him in a cage, and Jack will turn his attention to other things and people. From what I have been seeing Gym Jordan has cause for concern, he might be only a rat away from being indicted himself and even Trump could rat him out FFS. I suspect once they get idiot Trump in a cell with an FBI agent and tape recorder, he will bather away until he hangs everybody in the GOP.
