Tbh idk

What I do know, he flipped, and I would hope he spills the beans on the whole thing and on who
It's stupid to put a snitch on the stand. They are unpredictable and known to fall on their sword. Even when they do go as planned the jury dose not trust a snitch any more then anyone else nor dose the judge.
I took a plea deal and agreed to testify once.
My testimony
"Your Honer it was ALL MY WEED"
"Your Honer it was ALL MY CASH"
"It was ALL MY glass scales blunt ext"
"IT WAS ALL MY CLIENTS"
"My roommate was NEVER compensated in any way from my enterprise"
"I am ONLY testifying in EXCHANGE FOR LENIENCY"
Case ruined

The prosecutor knew it was all your weed, all your cash, all your sales paraphernalia and all your clients and went after somebody else?

Don't fuck around in the 540.
This is the MO of local LEO and courts.
Make as many arrest as possible
Plea everything down pretrial to secure convictions and minimize court time
Reduce sentencing to probation
Rearrest and violate.

I was just asking. Why would they have put you on the stand if they knew you'd say that. Your story doesn't sound credible the way you described it. If you had agreed to cooperate in exchange for leniency, then you would have already told them what you would say.

But thanks for the advice. I won't fuck around in the 540.

It coulda been a different trial. shrug
Oh yeah, she consulted with the Manhattan judge about scheduling and came to the March 4 date. She should still make it a happy new year start and move it to the Jan. 2 date. Trying to keep from being overturned. Tough. She can't let the defendant keep up the obstruction of justice.

They don't like to drop cases around here, they though with the right jury just putting him around my shit would be enough. It wasn't.
We had both been around long enough to see this situation play out a few times before. This was a pre arranged defense I discussed on the onset with any non hustling house mates or ride alongs.
Defendant 1 do you wanna cooperate?
Fuck you I'm innocent see ya in court
Defendant 2 do you wanna cooperate?
Put a deal on the table!
What do you have to give us
Put a deal on the table
Deal
It was all me.
Yes it did take 2 decent lawyers to pull off but homeboy walked and I did 6month when my guidelines were 42-60
By the time trial came they had to put me on the stand or they knew the defense would and that I would agree

So you took a six months sentence in order to clear your buddy. That's a stand up thing to do.

Maybe Trump will do that for the people he conspired with.

'He's got a lot of dirt': Trump codefendant in plea deal could be key asset for prosecutors

98,368 views Sep 30, 2023 #msnbc #trump #georgia
Scott Hall, the first Donald Trump codefendant to accept a plea deal in the Fulton County, Georgia RICO case filed by District Attorney Fani Willis, is a relatively minor figure in the scheme to subvert the Georgia 2020 election, but his connection to bigger names in Trump's orbit could make him a valuable source of information and testimony to prosecutors. Chris Timmons, adjunct professor at the Georgia State University College of Law, and Melissa Murray, law professor at NYU discuss with Alex Wagner.

One of Donald Trump's RICO co-defendants in Georgia just FLIPPED and agreed to testify at trial.

There have been several recent developments in the RICO case in Georgia against Donald Trump, Mark Meadows, Rudy Giuliani, Sidney Powell, John Eastman, Jeffrey Clark, Kenneth Chesebro, and others.

In a dramatic development, one of Donald Trump's co-defendants, Scott Hall, has agreed to plead guilty and testify at the trials against the other co-defendants. This spells real trouble for Trump and the other RICO defendants.

In another development, a federal judge has denied the motion by Jeffrey Clark and several of the fake electors to try to transfer their cases from Georgia state court to federal court.

A third development involves Trump announcing that he won't even try to move his case to federal court.

The dominos are falling and things are trending towards accountability in the Georgia RICO case.
