thank you i will trieI tried jiffey pallets and clone dome a few times with no luck, heat of temps above 72F helped but the dome kept dampening off my cuttings. I was reading reviews of rapid root and many people including myself had bearded clones first try. It really does help noobs.
I tried cuttings in cup of water, no luck. But the rapid root worked great, but I kept temps above 72F. I put a plastic bag over say, 2 cuttings in one cup. Maybe find a way to prop up one if to do one.
I am saying this like I am an expirienced cloner haha once again it was my first success but it was so successful I already have confidence doing it again. I even ripped one out half way rooted and still succeeded. I poke two holes through bag when roots visible. Transplant and remove bag.
Hope this helps, I really struggled at first but this method worked and read how many people had same results. Wish I did this sooner after everything I tried.
thank youCloning is easy. Be as clean as possible. Wash everything and your hands before taking cuttings. Any dome and tray will do. I suggest rapid rooters or coco plugs (flora flex or similar). Rooting powder or gel is optional. It'll work either way
Stay clean and sterile. Dont over saturate the plugs and don't let them sit in water. Use a heat mat to raise temps to 76-80° mist them and the dome daily for 3 days then gradually open the vent on the top until day 5-6 then close the vents for a few more days. Voila. Roots.
In my experience you don't need anything but a sharp pocket knife a rockwool cube and some distilled water.whats up growers am gonna start cloning for the first time will this cloning box work or can some some recommend me a cloning kit
