Saturday afternoon, after the range session, we were doing some end of season deck drinking cause we are running out of nice afternoons to quaff outdoors.

One of our friends was walking their dog and we invited them up for a little chat. Meet Barney - one of Max's best friends when they encountered each other during Max's walks. Barney started sniffing all around the deck very excitedly then he came right to Mrs. S. We assumed cause he wanted to say hi to his pal:

Barney then turned around and saw me and got even more excited

I just told that darling face that Max was gone ...

It's tough when the wind comes up, even the pros have trouble.
We played the local goat ranch this weekend the day before they close for overseed. A named bogey, bogey, named bogey, bogey finish and horrendous conditions ruined my round.[84].
A pic from the 7th 140 yards. Note the brown, greens and fairways were bone dry and rock hard.
