Where can I hang my weed to dry?

100% a noob question, I know.

But I can't do it in my house. I have a small hangar that isn't insulated, it also has a room with a furnace that might be the right temperature, but there are a million spiders out there.

Could I do it in a little grow tent outdoors or will it be too cold (59f/15c day temperature)? Or should I put a grow tent inside the furnace room? What about air circulation? What about the spiders? I don't want spiders or spiderwebs on my buds.

Sorry for the nooby questions, I'm just trying to find a decent solution.

Hmm so outdoors is a possibility you say. I didn't consider the need for darkness, so maybe I'll use some kind of box for the drying. Then the only issue is air circulation. I fear a regular oscillating fan will dry out the weed too quickly if put in a small enclosed space.

Ty for the input
Air circulation is needed but not directly on the drying plant.

Just curious why someone who comsumes cannabis can't hang dry it in their home?

I mean, you can literally hang it ANYWHERE. I've hung-dried in my closet, my laundry room, my water closet (bathroom area with toilet only), the lung room portion of my grow room, hell I even hung a branch in the kitchen.

Seriously though, why can't you?

I will have to find a solution to this. Thanks.

I don't live alone and I don't want to stink up the entire house, I also have contractors coming by a few times a week, don't want the entire place to smell like weed if I can avoid it.

Small hangar, get a cardboard box and add wire to box to hang plants.
Might end up doing something like this. What about air circulation? What about spiders? I guess for air circulation I just need a fan in the room, right?

Perhaps! I might just go with the makeshift cardboard drying box and add a regular oscilating fan close to it. I will find a way to deal with the spiders. Who knows, maybe smoking them gives me superpowers.
Where ever you decide... before you hang, spray the place down with Tempo. It's safe, organic, and effective. I got this tip from a potato farmer in Iowa that grows for McDonalds. He's got a 4000 acre potato farm, and he uses it on his crops for grasshoppers. I sprayed my building down with it, and I have to sweep up dead bugs every couple of days. It kills everything except for Black Widows. Black Widows do not clean theirselves, therefore, it won't kill them. But, I've seen dead Brown Recluse, Scorpions, Pill bugs, and bugs that I don't even know what they are.... I just know they're dead.

Good tip! I do not have access to Tempo but I have a local equivalent that I've used on the house, It maybe worth using that around the drying area. Thanks.

I just bought a new bottle of it. Bayer just changed the name of it. I can't remember what it is now, but just look online... are you in the U.S.?

I would take a black widow bite over a brown recluse, scary bastards.

I spray my outdoor room also before growing. I grow from fall to spring in an out building that has the same issues. I have no spiders or insects.
