I think they are now saying 19 Defendents, and 41 Indictments.
tRump is charged with RICO ACT in one of the Indictments.
All 19 have been charged with the RICO ACT.
Probably wont be long now until we know the exact specifics.

She pretty much ignored Trump. She has great insights and obviously a good perspective. She talks about helping people and the duty we all have. What a refreshing departure from Trump.

Actually, to be eligible for a pardon in Georgia, they must first serve their sentence and be crime free for 5 years before a pardon MIGHT be granted. The Govenor can't pardon Trump or the others and neither can the board of pardons until the sentence is served plus 5 years with a clean record.
