UBER?.....
How often do you pick up prostitutes at night
  1. Today I picked up my 4th prostitute in the last 5 days from Santa Monica blvd in front of a 7/11. It looks like they are using uber to get to work also, and they always do pool and never tip. Is this becoming a thing now for others too? or am I the only one
That sux. When I drove cab in Calgary in the late 70s the hookers tipped pretty good. They'd often tell their johns to toss me an extra 20 before we even turned a wheel. I only ever worked night shift and it was always a party. :) Until the oil boom went bust in '80 - 81. :(

:peace:

He waited a whole day before violating the judge's order. It looks like he might get a trial date of Jan 6 as a compromise to the prosecutor's request.
If he ends up in a DC jail he will want a speedy trial, what happens to him is entirely up to the judge, if she wants to jail him in the DC jail, the SS will just have to make the best arraignments they can with the US marshals. If he keeps going on about the election, she might just tell him he is disqualified from running any way and it is not a factor in his trial. Someone will challenge his right to run for public office and they have powerful conservative legal opinions on their side. The republicans are the most likely to use the 14th on Donald if they want to keep him off their primary ballot. They won't make their move until they have to, just before the primaries the issue will surface and will end up in court where Trump will lose.

Judges will refer to this legal scholarship when making the call, this is a really big fucking deal and waiting in the shadows just before the primaries begin. It will cause a shit storm inside the GOP during primary season, his fans won't even be able to write him in on the ballot but should be encouraged to do so! It looks like the US constitution has a plan for Donald built right in...

There is the possibility that if Trump is found guilty of J6 crimes in the spring or summer of 24, the DC judge in this case could rule that he is ineligible to run under the 14th amendment as part of his sentencing or mention it during his sentencing. However, I do feel this is the mechanism that the establishment republicans will use as a last resort to keep Trump off the primary ballot. I'll bet Chris Christie, a former prosecutor will be pounding on it and might be the one to force the issue, he is a candidate and would have standing in court, if it was required at all.

I'm afraid the Supreme Jesters would refuse to hear the case. QAnon must have a theory for this one. Deep state Federalist Society? Soros? Global cabal?

The republican judges and justices appointed over the years were conservatives and federalists, not magats, except for a few. The legal opinion I posted will be taken seriously by them and cement their positions, besides, if they are sane republicans, they will want to rid themselves of Trump and if he wiggles out of court and somehow runs in the GOP primaries, they will use the 14th to keep him off the primary ballot. If they tried it after he was nominated and then convicted but before the convention all Hell would break loose inside the GOP on the eve of the election. They will be forced to act, because once Trump is convicted it might be after the primaries or while he has a big lead.

The 14th is real, and the conservative justices will agree with the academic opinion, so will the liberal ones, only Clarance Thomas might dissent on the SCOTUS. I figure Donald is done by the 14th any way and I'll bet a lot of establishment republicans do too and if they don't use the 14th to disqualify Trump, others will challenge him with it in the states during the general election. It will end up in court and Donald will lose, even if he is not yet convicted of J6 crimes, once he is convicted in DC the calls to disqualify him will grow louder.

As he awaits possible charges in Georgia, Donald Trump is already testing the limits of a new protective order put in place in the federal election interference case against him: Trump went after Judge Tanya Chutkan on social media on Sunday. Former U.S. Attorney Chuck Rosenberg discusses.

You had me wondering, it has been a while. So I googled QAnon and there seems to be a movie coming out. I clicked on it and then quickly shut it down. Youtube's algorithm takes what vid's you have watched into account and then suggests the same. heck no, I do not want more useless clutter just because I am curious. Seems it is only a puff piece.

All eyes are on Fulton County, Georgia, as the District Attorney there presents evidence this week in her case against Donald Trump. The ex-president is accused of attempting to overturn the results of the 2020 election and pressuring officials to break the law. Ana Cabrera is joined by NBC News correspondent Blayne Alexander, as well as Greg Bluestein, Political reporter for the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, and Gwen Keyes Fleming, former District Attorney in neighboring Dekalb county.

someone care to explain what that Beau guy was upto with the hookers when he was charged before
I don't think anybody here is qualified to explain his past legal issues. He's mentioned it occasionally but prefers to keep it a limited topic. Which is totally understandable. I'm a firm believer that many people can and do overcome past personal and legal issues. I also think people like that should be given full respect for that type of 180 in their lifestyles. Just my opinion.

Never let em see ya sweat!

I'm more convinced that the 14th will get Donald and the republicans will use it to keep him off the primary ballot before he is even convicted, they will have little choice, if the timing of this legal shit show works out the way the experts say it will. Think about it Trump with a lead in the GOP primaries while on trial over J6 which will disqualify him even without a conviction. He wins the nomination or is leading when he is convicted and incarcerated in the spring or early summer, before the GOP convention...

He was a war veteran who died of brain cancer years ago, does it really matter? I mean in the face of Trump and the American far right fascist movement who control the GOP? Trump is gone, but his shit stain remains and will be difficult to wash out, but the democrats could help with that by passing new laws when they gain power.
