The main thing is to keep Trump out of power, first out of the primaries or lose them and second crippling any presidential campaign, if he does win the GOP nomination. He will have trials before the GOP convention and election with a torrent of news coming out all during election season and right up to election day. Donald could be jailed for his behavior before his DC trial and will be under the control of a half a dozen different state and federal judges while out on bail. He could also be convicted and even sentenced by election day. IMO several blue states will disqualify him from the ballot for giving aid and comfort to the insurrection if he wins the nomination or runs as an independent. It will be a real shitshow and drama until the end I figure.

If a state disqualified Trump from the ballot he could always sue to get back on, but discovery would be a bitch for him and lead to additional indictments, not to mention a loss in court, the 14th amendment does not require a conviction.

He'll keep it up. He always tests the limit.
Then Jack might have a list on the 28th, it all depends on if he wants to lock Trump up, but I think he finds it useful for him to run around fucking the GOP and himself for a spell. Every time he tries to make his case to the public on TV it ends up as a confession, even by his lawyer FFS.
