TRUMP CONVICTED

The mountain of evidence and witnesses grows even larger... Trump has no defense and has posted none, the trial will take as long as for the prosecution takes to present its case. There will be delays and motions of course, but that is what the delayed trial date is for, to address them and security clearance issues. Once the trial is underway it should not take long to present the case and get convictions on all counts, less than two months I figure. During the trial a lot of evidence will become public, perhaps between May and the GOP convention. There is a very good chance we will have a conviction on most or all of the MAL docs counts before the election in 24 and an enormous amount of info coming out during the primaries and election season. I don't think ongoing criminal trials will be suspended during election season and that only starts officially 60 days before election day as far as the DOJ is concerned, this is a jury trial, not an investigation and it is in the judge's hands.

Money problems????

Greed, there are still people bankrolling him and paying him off for favors I imagine. Jared might have invested some of that 2 billion in Trump's businesses. Right now, he is still hauling in the sucker small doner money and grifting on lies. Any competent lawyer will want to be paid a lot of cash up front. One guy got 3 million bucks just to tell Donald he was fucked! That's how it will be for Donald, he will pay lawyers millions of bucks up front, and they will tell him he is fucked. Imagine paying all that money to be repeatedly told you are screwed... A blind man can read the writing on the wall, it is carved into the stone.

It would be nice if there were an injunction against him raising campaign funds unless those funds are secured against diversion from campaign use.
Say, by being used for legal services.

The “billionaire” should use his own assets for such personal matters. Time to liquidate properties.

For sale: large, uninsurable house in Florida with persistent odor of condiments. Seller is extremely motivated!

I think Jack will indict Trump again before Georgia does, might be this week from what I can gather, they already had a meeting with his lawyers about J6 indictments while the DOJ blindsided them with further MAL documents indictments.

He might charge Trump alone for a simple easy to prove case in DC that does not involve others for a faster trial and conviction and for conspiracy with others too.

Trump might have to explain it to a DC judge when he is in indicted over J6 and associated crimes.

What did you mean when you said you would jail Jack Smith? For what, the court not only wants to know, but it also needs to know, what is your evidence Mr. Trump? Trump broke the standing rules for defendants in DC, but he is not yet indicted there, after he is however, any statements like this would mean trouble for him.

You will know Trump is done anyway when Cannon rules against him perhaps before his trial in Florida and he turns on her. It will be hard for him since she was a hero of the right before, he did appoint her, and it is a red state. I don't think she wants to be the first to convict and sentence Trump, conviction would mean immediate incarceration, the cuffs go on in court in almost all cases. Better it is done in DC first she probably figures, but the case in Florida is simple, direct and has a ton of evidence.

a datum whose usefulness is precisely squat.
If his lawyers were meeting at the DOJ over it, then Donald knows something, they apparently just delayed it so they could drop the superseding MAL doc indictments on him. The Grand Jury meets tomorrow, and all the i's are dotted and T's crossed, the jury indicts, and they walk it over to the judge to arrange arraignment after looking it over. Donald could be charged tomorrow afternoon from what I can gather.

Oh I have no doubt.
My snark was about the very poor correlation between what that man says and what that man thinks, if thought is the applicable word.
